A decent mid-line hotel. Quiet. Easy in and easy out to main highways and local services.

Warm chocolate chip cookies. Great breakfast. Reserved a king size bed. But only was offered a queen upon arrival. Elevator was wonky. Bldg needs a remodel.

Nothing The elevators weren’t working and kept getting stuck - checked in, got to our room. Pillows were on the floor, there was sticky stuff on the counter. Went back downstairs, asked for a refund. Staff just said sorry about that it was marked clean. I asked for a refund, still haven’t received it. I’ve called 3 times now to speak to the manager- they say they’ve left a message for them and they’ll call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no one has called me. So not only did I pay 172.00 for this room, I then had to find another hotel to stay at. Do not recommend this to anyone.

The breakfast was great, hot items as well as fruit and cereal, juice, and excellent coffee. Parking was ample and staff were helpful.

Hotel was updated, but public areas definitely could have been a tad cleaner; carpet and glass doors at side entrance.

Everything was good and very clean. The coffee at breakfast was not kept up and out but besides this all was very good.

Didn’t get the room I booked on line,room had an odor.toilet stopped up and I had to go down stairs and get a plugger and unstop Toilet my self. Everything about my stay.

Clean but needs some updating and upkeep. For instance, bathroom door handle was replaced, but it was smaller than the original and no one bothered to paint the bare wood. Air conditioning in the hallways was super cold. Breakfast was minimal.

I was not given a print out of charges. The desk clerk said it was Expedias job to send a email of the charges because it was booked thru a third party. If that's so when can I expect it.
