The refrigerator froze all our drinks, the bathtub was a little dirty and the bathroom lights had a bunch of dead bugs in them. Otherwise everything else was okay. The handicap rooms are comfortable and have adequate hand rails and shower chair.

For the price, it was quite satisfactory. I got the impression that the owners have put a lot into renovating and freshening up the building and rooms. The air conditioner in my room was old and inefficient, but that was the only problem. It's no frills with a "standard" room, but I wasn't looking for frills. The only problem was at check-in. Advertised check-in time was 3:00 p.m., and I arrived around 4:00 after 5 hours on the road, and needing a nap before heading into Cleveland for an event. The clerk informed us that our room wouldn't be available until 5:00. No nap for me!

Cheap stop for 1-2 nights. Bathroom requires some TLC.

Very disapppointed. Took one look at our room snd walked right back to the front office. Told them we were not staying the 2 nights we had booked. Wanted refund. Room was dirty and dead bugs on the floor. Bed sheet had dirt on it and air conditioner tubing was covered in plastic. Curtain rod was broke and drapes half hanging on it. Outdoor grass not mowed in the back or around the 2nd building. Also, garbage in parking lot in tbe same area. Wooden staircase to upper level was splintered, missing paint and uneven steps. Never again

Bathrooms are super small. Have to almost stand in the tub to shut the door. Toilet didn’t like flushing that much. A strip of drywall tape was hanging from the ceiling about a good 3-4 foot piece. Carpet was missing huge chunks and you can see where they tried to patch it and it still peeled off. Beds were too small for the frame so you had to step over the metal frame to get to the bed. Mini fridge didn’t shut so it had to be twisted in its cubby to stay shut. Hotel room phone was cut and not able to work. Safe also didn’t work. Ac filter was superrrrr dirty like it’s never been cleaned before. Beds and sheets were also really stained.

Staff was friendly/kind room was clean No fridge or microwave, pillows flat, mattress very hard, small towels, no hair dryer or iron, body wash was empty so staff didn't check when cleaning

N/A ​I was incredibly disappointed with this room. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a horrific, stinky odor. The safety of the room is entirely compromised because the door lock is completely broken. To make matters worse, the bedding sheets were heavily discolored and stained, the bathroom was filthy, and the entire room was visibly dirty. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Weeds all over the property, uncut grass, weeds, all over flowerbeds, no Kleenex in the room no hand soap in the room no coffee cup available for the coffee maker.

Easy off/on I-90, with nice Bob Evans nearby where we ate breakfast. We accidentally left an item in the room and their work stopped immediately to assist us in getting it. Thank you!

Was rather run down and bad stairs to second floor room where we stayed. Very outdated, but clean, but had a musty smell.

Customer service was awesome. He is really nice and helpful

The room was clean. Had Air Conditioner problems but they replace the unit for us. Easy access to restaurants and interstate.

Rooms smelled like cat pee and were dirty/dingy. Tried to get a different room and had the same issue. Multiple people were asking for refunds and different rooms. It was the front desk person's first day, and she couldn't answer any questions, didn't know how to transfer rooms, and at one point just stopped talking. Horrible experience.

It was in a safe neighborhood and near a lot shopping. I am sorely disappointed.

Was clean, however, the shower head was broken and there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Overall the staff is friendly.
