Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland West - Westlake by IHG

Superb

It was a good experiment for my kids and my grandbaby. She really enjoyed the pool and a splash pad. I don’t have nothing to say bad about the property because I really enjoyed myself

Horrible service , racism is ridiculous at this point

Lovely pool.

Exceptional

Staff was outstanding Very courteous and helpful

Poor infrastructure - staff friendly but not very helpful. Property is not maintained well. For the competition in the Westlake area this property is not close to the best.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent location great and the grounds well maintained

Good

the pool was opened e pai about the coffee etc.

Quiet , secluded hotel with plenty of parking space. We stayed two nights. Staff was courteous and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good

Gggg

Place was OK.

Exceptional

Rarely saw staff at desk. Breakfast was adequate. No coffeemaker in room. We passed on housekeeping first day, but they didn't come second despite no knob sign. Pool was warm and large, good kids play area. Convenient location.

Wonderful property in the suburbs of Cleveland. Nice, clean & quiet. Right down the road from a beautiful shopping mall. The small thing we noticed were the bath towels were fairly thin & rough on skin.

This was a wonderful find! the pool area was great (with the exception that the kiddie area wasn't working one night of our stay). The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was excellent. Breakfast was okay. We eat a vegan diet and so the options were limited and on one morning, there wasn't anything left by the time we made it down for breakfast. Despite those small things, we really had relaxing stays. I will stop in again!

Looked brand new. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Pool and spa area were outstanding

Older hotel, fresh remodel. Decent pool area. Everything was ok but not superior. I'd stay there again but not if I was trying to impress anyone.
