Hyatt Place Cleveland / Westlake / Crocker Park

The room was immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful

Close to shopping and lots of restaurant options. None, was great

Breakfast and Bed Excellent! Hyatt Grounds and Parking structure truly filthy! Grounds (immed outside front door covered (and I mean COVERED) in cigarette butts. Elevator in parking structure smelled like people live in it. Buttons on outside of elevator (2nd floor) covered in coffee (?) or spilled something! Very very bad smell overall. Did not like that front desk did not tell me pet fee was $50/night and did not tell me that they were billing my cc and did not provide me a receipt! Found out when I got my cc statement!

Great location right at Crocker Park Restaurants and shops right outside your door comfortable bed large room Felt safe traveling alone Good breakfast Parking is in a nearby garage, but they give you a voucher to park free it wasn’t really a big deal. It’s about a half a block from the property. I would stay again

Parking definatelty needs improvement. Parking is several stores away. Ohio i July gets tons of rainstorms. Getting from the lot to the building was a mess, completely drenched. Also, no monitoring of cars parked outside the enterance. We attempted to pull in to unload packages. Cars were double parked (apparently one was hyatt staff). As a result, my unloading was done completely in the rain. No water provided at check in.

Our mistake in not requesting daily cleaning service - a tad unexpected even with a written notice 🙂. A great experience overall — thank you.

Hotel was great! Very clean. Breakfast was good. Great location with lots of dining and shopping options. Very quiet room. Not far from downtown. Overall great stay. I'd definitely stay again.

I don’t know all the rooms were full

The pancakes were terrible, but otherwise breakfast was ok.

The location. We could walk to everything the location was the best part. They had our room ready early so that was also very nice we didn't have to wait till 3pm. I feel it was over priced for the amenities.
