Worst stat ever was please if you read this don’t stay here bed bugs and rooms smell like urine and pubes on the blankets and bathtub

Nice little room for the price!

VERY clean room. Front desk lady was rude and impatient when asked questions when I checked in. They were more polite in the morning though.

That’s it’s gated and it’s very secure . The breakfast is good too . That the staff didn’t tell me anything about breakfast hours. It seemed he was not having a good day . He was very direct and no smile .

Hotel is ok, parking is gated which is a plus, quiet, could use some upgrades.

I stayed here due to air conditioning being out at my home. The location is good but the property looked a little run down. The room was spacious but it has wear and tear. There was an issues with the TV once I got settled in. The front desk had no idea how the TV's worked and no solution. The hotel is not quite what I am used to. I unfortunately booked two nights before seeing the place. I decided to go home to a hot house vs staying at the hotel and I did not get a refund due to Expedia's policies. Not real happy but you live and learn.

Every thing the front desk lady was the best check in was easy the lady was awesome so polite very helpful. Just a kind person. Nothing so far everything was great had a great day will be returning when we need to come back to Bakersfield

Their complementary breakfast was okay and at least they have fresh water and coffee ready all morning ! Got there charged our EV vehicle work up had breakfast & still was not charged all the way , the bed rooms where stiff the bathroom looked like it needed a touch up of paint !

Breakfast was good Roaches in the room and front desk staff was not friendly.

Gated entrance The bathtub was dirty and rooms were a little outdated compared to the pictures online. The room that I stayed in didn’t have the bottom lock so we just had the top latch lock. So in the morning, someone had opened the door on us by the top latch was locked. I’m guessing it was housekeeping, but they didn’t announce themselves or anything

Room was clean, staff very friendly, convent& secure parking. Great breakfast! Nothing.

She even charged after my friend. We had to call booking.com and the hotel management and share the awful behavior

The room was nice and big. The bathroom looked fairly new. There was a huge roach in the lobby! It made me nervous about the rest of the hotel. The room smelled funny. Was it bug spray?

Finding the location was simple and easy, parking was easily accessible, and the property itself was clean and maintained. The pool can use some love and life, even with a some updated patio furniture it would be more inviting. But it suitable for how hot it is during the summer season.

Conveniently located off of the freeway. Nothing in particular.
