Had my car trailer broken ion,then stole everything,the neighborhood is very sketchy ,i would never want anyone to waste their money,trashy place period

The area is a little scary. The front of the hotel lobby looks newer/ nice. The carpet in the hall ways and in the rooms are old. Check in was easy, very minimal communication. The front desk person - didn't seem happy to be there. He didn't elaborate on Pool hours or breakfast hours. The room is older., The TV was old. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Over all, an OK stay.

Rooms was and AC worked fine. Food in the hotel is also good.

Room smelled like cigarettes although it was a nonsmoking room. I think the carpet absorbed the smell. They should replace carpet with vinyl flooring or Pergo. Staff, breakfast, A/C was fine. Nice towels. No hairdryer.

Our team could not stay in those conditions and left. I was unable to get ahold of anyone to discuss the issues and request a refund for the room our team didn’t use.

The room smelt musty when we walked in it felt dark and damp, we checked straight back out again and paid to stay in a different hotel.

VERY clean room. Front desk lady was rude and impatient when asked questions when I checked in. They were more polite in the morning though.
