Towneplace Suites Bakersfield West

This property is nice but it was a little dated and had a few issues. The internet going in and out wasn’t that great. Front desk was more than welcome to assist once made aware. The $10 parking fee is a little outrageous due to the fact that there’s kind of nowhere else to park. Not sure if that cost is because it’s next to a few businesses and another hotel, but that alone will make me not book again. Further more, the water pressure was very poor. Not sure why the water pressure was so low, but that needs to get fixed ASAP. As stated, it’s a nice property they just need to get some updates and it’ll be better.

Superb

Exceptional

Stayed here to attend a wedding. Most of the family and out of town guests stayed here. As soon as we walked we were greeted with the best hospitality. We actually were able to get in our room early which was a plus in my book. The room was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good coffee, waffles, were delicious. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend if you want a great place to stay if you’re in Bakersfield.

It was just OK. There was no parking for check-in. Had to park in the handicapped area. The receptionist replied we are not a full-service hotel?? The coffee machine did not work. Parking was difficult and disclaimers about not responsible for stolen items. However, the lady responsible for the breakfast area was great but the food was mediocre.

Good

Amazing room clean family vibes

The size of the rooms were excellent!!! Well worth every penny.
