They didn’t have breakfast even tho it’s written on their site

The staff was helpful when we asked to change rooms The beds was uncomfortable and it smelt like cigarettes really bad and here are a lot of homeless people around.

Nothing really, but I needed a place to sleep one night. It was an incomplete room no dresser, no phone, no bedspread, rusted tub, torn old curtain. HORRIBLE a nightmare and nothing like what Booking.com showed. Complete false advertisement. Should have stated older rooms or in the process of renovations ( although I don’t think that’s true. Never in s million years years would I have booked this.

The security guard was cool I came back from getting food to find five people smoking drugs in my room going through my bag. I called security and he kicked them out but then they proceeded to keep returning to harass me and threaten me. Asked for a refund and haven't received it yet. Also roaches on everything.

No breakfast at all.

Close to freeway No ice maker, dirty grounds, Marijuana smell was overwhelming, bathroom fan WAY too noisy, AC too noisy, bathroom door riddled with holes

Bed and Pillows are very comfortable!! Staff is outstanding NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED AT ALL!!

I noticed the room floor was not swept or mopped, tables and stands were not watched off properly, and they can do better with wipe indoors and walls down from the last guest. And underneath the table as well as the dresser just different spots in Rust and Moon was around the floor part of those items. And the borders of the wall top and bottom could be washed off as well. As far as the staff it was very confusing of where to park my vehicle. On my arrival Saturday evening young man told me to park my car while I had it which was near the pool. The next day as I return to the room two ladies came out and the way they approached me was very unprofessional. I peacefully went to address the issue with them to make them aware that I was told to park there that it was okay it was in my preference. And they proceed to say what they wanted to and laugh at that. The next day I found another spot to park my vehicle. All my departure date Friday morning I went to move my vehicle back to the original location just to load my items from upstairs, a rude lady stepped out and said no you can't park there move your car. So I immediately told her I am loading my things and I will be going. Afterwards went inside the office to turn my door key in and I dressed the problem immediately of her rudeness which did not have to be. It's a way to address a concern to your customers rather than assuming things that are not all she had to do was come and just say oh we can't park there.

Roaches, very outdated, the mattress very uncomfortable. Not someplace I would recommend to anyone..

Friendly staff, clean facility , and peaceful . They were good about giving extra pillows . Although the staff was friendly they were not intrusive they left us alone to enjoy our peaceful state. I have no complaints.
