My wife and i have stayed here numerous times. The Motel itself is an improvement in process. This location used to be horrible and runned down. But Miss Laura (management) and her staff are working diligently to change that and you can definitely tell the difference. In every way possible she is working continuously to improve both the guests stay and also the work environment for her staff. Her staff at the front desk (Doug and Miss Maria) are friendly and extremely helpful. All the ladies in housekeeping are always so friendly and ensure anything me and my wife may need, they attend to. And the new maintenance staff are cool to talk to. But all the staff are working hard to breathe new life to this location and everyone always has a smile on their face and pleasant to talk to. Great job everyone!

The staff are always amazing! Miss Laura, Doug and Maria, and all the ladies in housekeeping are amazing and so helpful!

The staff was very nice the property it's very dirty, has homeless people all around it. You have drug deals going on. As I'm walking to go to my room, there is dog poop all over the ground. You have to watch out for that. The pool was closed for one of the reasons why I wanted to get the motel room, go to the room and have trouble trying to get into the door with The Pass. And you finally get in and you go into the room. And you see a desk and a chair that has holes in the cushion. The chair in the desk has chunks out of it. The bed was dirty. The floor was dirty. The AC was disgusting the curtains weren't even hung right. They had holes in them. The bathroom was pretty disgusting. The toilet was constantly running. It looks like it was not clean. The toilet bowl, the tub was dirty. The towels that were left out were a dingy brownish white, the sink was still dirty around the drain and the floor was disgusting. The room itself looks like it has been really damaged. And used and abused, and that's what I checked into. I didn't feel comfortable. I did not feel safe. I did not even want to stay there. I did not stay there. I checked myself out right away.

This inn is pet friendly which is a huge factor for me. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

The guy at the front desk was comprehensive about the refund for the night, we didn’t accept to sleep in this motel. The motel is a drug addict place. It’s feel disgusting and gross everywhere. We visited the room and the sheets were covered with hole in it, it smells a mix of cigarettes smoke and moisture. Burning in the desk was seen like someone used a crack pipe there.

The room a bad chemical smell and no shower curtain so I couldn’t take a shower ☹️

Absolutely nothing worst place I’ve ever stayed! The area super bad , homeless all over cigarette burn spots all over counter tops remote control was missing a battery no in room phone to reach out to the front desk

Staff is great and hard workers. Keep all units fairly clean, so does our maintenance.

Home away from home. I suggest you give yourself a more comfortable stay if you consider coming to Bakersfield. Staff is more than helpful. Number one team in my eyes. A+

The homeless people surrounding the area, people trying to sell me stuff and the people huddled in a circle smoking drugs.

No pool had roaches and the crowd hanging in front wasnt pleasant
