Roaches

Anthony ,manager His very impressive, listen to my concerns of no show .because of double booking happen on different places by mistakes. He stated will refund the money !.The room clean,.good ventilation most of all I can cook ,kitchen ,refrigerator ,accesible laundry room . Parking .perfect for residential homes.

The only thing no ice machine,

Good , safe location. And clean

Quite and very nice

Very clean, large rooms with a full kitchen. Friendly staff. Quiet, peaceful, and very close to the airport.

Staff were real helpful and rooms we nice for the price would book again.

This was the most sterile facility I have ever been in everything was there except for a coffee pot and a hairdryer. I had no idea that you had to request the hairdryer at the front desk. There was a full fridge sink, microwave, and electric stove tops absolutely no dishes or utensils no coffee pot bare minimum. It was very clean. Staff was very friendly, but I was taken back by not having certain amenities.

Exceptional

1 no deposit of 100 was mentioned. I am 67 and The room was on the fourth floor and elevator was not working. No Continental Breakfast no in room or lobby coffee vending machine didn't work and couldn't get a wake up call they don't do them and when trying to cancel room and rebook because the booking was for a week away not that day they said I would be charged the full rate for the room. No refund. A disaster. Stay elsewhere.
