Breakfast was good

I wasnt able to stay even though my reservation was paid in full because I didnt have a credit card so dont book this hotel of you dont have a credit card That i drove all day to get there and when I go to check in I get told I cant stay and they were canceling my reservation due to not having a credit card I wasnt aware I needed one so dont book here if you dont have a credit card and my reservation was paid in full almost 500 then I had to drive all the way back home cause there was no where to stay for us my kids were beyond dissatisfied

Lovely place but no towels at the pool and no way to contact reception had to run through building dripping wet

It was fine for the one night we needed between travels. Breakfast was good, it accommodated a family of 4 with 3 beds (one sofa bed). Close to restaurants. Air conditioning was blowing all night and made us all have head colds days after. Bandaids around the pool. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

And get this - we were there four nights, and our bed was never made - not once, which is evidently their policy. And the floors were never vacuumed. We would return to the room about 4:00 PM, and twice, housekeeping had not even been in the room that day. One day they came in at 5:00 PM and replaced towels while we were in the room. And one day we actually had to call and ask for new towels, and for the trash to be taken out. The wife and I have been all over the U.S., and the World for that matter. Never have we been in a hotel that did not make your bed on a daily basis - that is unforgivable. Friendly people, but all in all, a very disappointing stay for us. We will not be back.

Worked well for what we needed. Room was large enough to accommodate our large family, 4 kiddos. It was also nice that we didn’t need to find a breakfast spot in the morning and could feed everyone and get an early start on the rest of our tip.

This was a quick stop at the hotel. A great experience for a one night stay. Breakfast was wonderful!!!

Breakfast was good. Very clean. Near airport. Coffee was ok but not great. (Hampton Inn has best coffee ) Couldn’t find ice machine. Another guest told me where it was.

The pillow cases kinda smelled of a person slept on them already!! Other then that everything else was fine

No body wash in show as well as no soap bars provided except after the fact. Totally unacceptable

We were in town for a funeral service. When we arrived the reservation showed up as canceled which we couldn’t understand why if we didn’t authorize it. Once it was figured out they found us room. The room given presented as clean but unfortunately the night stand between the beds was broken the drawer was opened. This caused for my little girl to bump into it. When trying to close it would open again. Then my husband bumped into it as well. At the end we decided it was our que to leave. The night was paid and we didn’t even stay. Informed the front desk of the issue and the gal that checked us out knew of the issue. Why wasn’t fixed??

Price was really good and hotel was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Great parking.

Clean room and hotel, body soap was empty in our room, breakfast was good, great not to have to spend or go out for breakfast. Coffee was good!

This is a very clean hotel. The desk staff were very polite and the maintenance man helped get our car started. Excellent stay.

Clean room and helpful staff. The breakfast was well stocked. Our only complaint was the AC unit would not go below 72 degrees. It made for a toasty night.

The room was not fully cleaned, and there was a stain on one of the pillows. I talked to the staff and was told that someone would be sent to the room to refresh and clean it, but no one ever came. Later, I took my kids to the pool, and we saw a roach crawling by the pool area. Overall, this was very disappointing and not the level of cleanliness or service I expected.

This property is pretty new. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.
