Room 301, clean spacious & huge bathroom. AC worked great!

2nd time we stay here. Rooms are very clean.

The front desk staff were amazing. Just kind, patient, and extremely helpful people. I felt welcomed and appreciated.

More important, it is deliberately dishonest. They said they’d run the card for $50 for incidentals, we asked what, they said “snacks from the market, etc”. It is very dishonest that they specifically hid the fee for parking. But not surprising because if they told people then we would all just park in one of the giant parking lots nearby. Shame on you. Please reverse this charge.

It was a pretty nice place overall. I don’t understand why they charge $10 for parking when it’s not crowded. We’re not in a busy downtown area. That was my only complaint and questions.

Good location near the airport and right off Hwy 99 The beds were uncomfortable. They've also added a $10 parking fee. This hotel is surrounded by open space, so it seems ridiculous to charge extra for parking. This fee was NOT disclosed prior to booking.

Nancy checked me in and she was wonderful. I missed breakfast cause I over slept

After returning home, I discovered an additional charge on my credit card that I was not informed about. When I contacted the hotel for an explanation, I was simply told to contact my bank to recover the money. I am disappointed with the lack of responsibility and customer service. I hope future guests will carefully review their bills and credit card statements。We came down for breakfast at 8:30 a.m., but most of the food was already gone. There was hardly anything left to eat, which was very disappointing and not what we expected from the hotel。

Shower was dirty. Got charge $10.00 extra for parking
