It was really clean and looked new

The breakfast attendant was amazing. We would return just to see her in the mornings! I believe it was Maria. So wonderful sweet and helpful.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! It was super clean, super convenient to so many different things, and the staff were incredible. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was kept up and not crowded.

The TV did not work. I called the front desk, but there was only 1 person on duty even though the hotel was sold out. The lobby was overwhelming. Poor management.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast had multiple choices.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot. I’m easy to please but that takes nothing away from this room. I will be staying here next time I travel to the Houston area.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Roaches…Found one in my room; they sent maintenance up who just took it and left. The situation was dealt with horribly from the girl at the front desk Shelby, who refuse to contact the manager and left. I ended up contacting the police because Shelby refused to contact a manager and shut herself in the office There was also another customer at the desk complaining the manager ended up having to come in to deal with Customer concerns

Everything was good Had an issue with the sink and shower . Maintenance came right away and fixed the issue

Hotel was well kept, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Amenities were excellent.

Really nice place for a quick stay in Spring for work.
