We are kind of a rough first night, but there was a gentleman on the second night that helped get us situated and get our TV working and we were grateful for his help.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was musty and I developed red eyes and slight cough.

Food was ok, staff was good and room was clean

The pictures of the hot tub are a total lie. They took a picture of a water feature to make it look like it was a hot tub but it was a little shelf of water that you couldn't get in. There was a TINY broken hot tub to the side not shown in the pictures because it was not hot. The woman at the front desk said no, it's a whirlpool so it doesn't get hot. But also the jets were broken as well. They specifically say hot tub on the amenities list and feature a picture of something that is not a hot tub.

The only thing I liked about that hotel was leaving it. Filthy and beat up. Computers were down and they put me in a room where a man had already checked in. Not a good start for a female traveling alone!

Breakfast was ok, same choices pretty much everyday. I checked into the hotel 02-20, and the first room smelled like a basement with mildew. They switched the room and when I asked for service although they stated it was every other day it never happened. I did receive towels and cleaned what I could on my own. I advised the supervisor, he did absolutely nothing and housekeeping lied about offering service.

Not much. The desk staff were kind Roaches, chipped tiles, trash in plants by elevators, carpet pulled away from bed base by 2”, walls had gashes 5inches wide through out the facility

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was nice, accommodating, and willing to fix any issues we had. It was dated. The door to my room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. A lot of the paint on the walls was scratched. The continental breakfast was supposed to begin at 7:00am. We arrived at 7:30am and it still wasn’t set up yet.

When we arrived, the young man at the desk was polite and friendly. Check in was quick and uneventful; however, we had reserved a room with two queens as there were three of us ladies including my elderly mother. When we got to our room, it was a room with a king bed and a couch. The front desk told us that it was okay because the couch was a pullout couch. When I came back down and asked to cancel in order to find a hotel that could meet our needs, he rearranged some other rooms to get us back into a double queen. Again, the young man at the desk was polite and trying to be accommodating, but this situation of changing our reservation without notifying us until we opened the room door combined with the condition of the hotel was not a positive experience.

Staff was friendly Needs updating but I guess they are doing that this spring so should be nice after that

Hotel needs to be remodeled. You can see the wear and tear throughout the whole building. Trees need to be trimmed. One tree between the parking lot and service road has branches too low and you cannot see if any cars are coming and makes it very hard to pull out. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
