Staff was very helpful. Definitely doesn’t look like the photos. I don’t know if that is what it is supposed to look like after the renovations? The rooms are similar to the photos. It should be really nice soon, just don’t expect the photos when you arrive. Breakfast was great, staff was nice as well. They ARE renovating at this time.

The hotel itself is really nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was musty the carpet was all torn up. I ask if all the rooms were rundown. The clerk said yes. She said they are going to be renovations on the rooms soon that's why the rates for the rooms were low.

We are kind of a rough first night, but there was a gentleman on the second night that helped get us situated and get our TV working and we were grateful for his help.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was musty and I developed red eyes and slight cough.

Food was ok, staff was good and room was clean

The pictures of the hot tub are a total lie. They took a picture of a water feature to make it look like it was a hot tub but it was a little shelf of water that you couldn't get in. There was a TINY broken hot tub to the side not shown in the pictures because it was not hot. The woman at the front desk said no, it's a whirlpool so it doesn't get hot. But also the jets were broken as well. They specifically say hot tub on the amenities list and feature a picture of something that is not a hot tub.

The only thing I liked about that hotel was leaving it. Filthy and beat up. Computers were down and they put me in a room where a man had already checked in. Not a good start for a female traveling alone!

Breakfast was ok, same choices pretty much everyday. I checked into the hotel 02-20, and the first room smelled like a basement with mildew. They switched the room and when I asked for service although they stated it was every other day it never happened. I did receive towels and cleaned what I could on my own. I advised the supervisor, he did absolutely nothing and housekeeping lied about offering service.
