1-Room Acceptable 2-Breakfast 50% good 3-First day somebody did the room (great job) 4-Second day nobody did the room 5-There are people Living in the hotel who during the night(midnight) making noise, yelling an running 6-I have chosen La Quinta about 10 years everytime i go to the US and never happend something like that.

second day there, my wedding band went missing, This ring was designed and paid for by my deceased wife. It was a yellow gold band ring with 7 diamonds across the top. she gave it to me on our wedding day. having my ring stolen.

The hotel was awful, stinky and dirty. The hallways had trash all over and piles of trash sitting outside of the rooms. Our room had sperm in the toilet, our room wasn’t vacuumed at all, there was stuff all over the floor. The chairs were stained horribly. There was dust all over. The lighting was terrible. After complaining and staying a day we had to beg for someone to vacuum our room, they made one bed but didn’t leave towels so we had to make an extra trip to the front desk to get towels. Overall the hotel was absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down. The manager was nice and tried her best to make up for how dirty it was. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again. I thought they upgraded but it looks like they’re still living up to their awful nasty name.

It needs upgrading, furniture was all crumbling from bottom, phone didn?t work, pool was super dirty bathroom in my room backing up.

Overall the property was clean and well kept, but the ac unit in the bedroom wasn’t working properly. It would randomly shut off and had to keep restarting it. Very inconvenient and didn’t get much rest because of it.

Room size was good. Front desk personnel were rude and gave incorrect information intentionally. When checking in lady at desk was short with me from the beginning of our interaction. She put us in a room that had no bed cover, only sheets. Room had not be completely reset for new guests. She also told us, without our asking, that breakfast was served from 6-7am, which we thought was odd, but didn't ask additional questions. The next morning, we came down for breakfast at 6:15am to an empty breakfast area. The same lady was at the desk, I asked her if breakfast was being served. Without looking up, she waved a hand at me and said breakfast was served at 7am. Needless to say, we did not come back down for breakfast. I'm not sure why she chose to be rude to us, but it will definitely affect my choice to stay here again.
