Extended Stay America Suites Houston The Woodlands

We checked into our room and there was no cable to connect the TV for it to work. We asked for another room and that room had no remote. We called the office and they were extremely rude and hung up on us. There was no continental breakfast. We will never stay here again!!

I usually stay here when visiting the woodlands area. Cheap bit clean and conveniently located

There were homeless people sitting g around outside the property. The room smelled and had no bathroom mirror, the tv didn’t work and there were roaches visible around the room. I will never stay at this property again.

This hotel we learned, after I was pulled over leaving the hotel, is the biggest drug hotel in the area. I was profiles for staying at this location, pulled over and the police searched my vehicle. I was humiliated. Told the hotel about it and they only gave a forced apology. I asked for a refund and wasn't able to receive one

Room had an awful smell and roaches everywhere including on the bed. We left right away.

Na. I actually left before my original check out date It was in very poor conditions, cigar smell everywhere, stairs dirty

I spent my entire night killing roaches all over the walls in the bed, crawling out of the pictures on the wall. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never stay at a motel in my life again. Horrible experience!

Roaches Roaches Roaches So bad I got moved to another room still found another roach. While I was there someone that was staying informed to check for bed bugs in my bed that previous person left that room because of bed bugs. Horrible Hotel Hell

Convenient to venue we were attending. no hot water, no hair dryers available. no comforter just 2 sheets and the trash truck came at 445am and made so much banging noise. 1 washcloth for 2 people. When I told the front desk we couldn't shower they just said oh sorry...like they knew it was an issue.

First room had trash piled up and no sheets on the bed, the second room had roaches

It served its purpose for the time being.

For the price it was reasonable. I was surprised that the room was never cleaned during the 3 night stay. Had some bugs and a smell in room which wasn't great but again reasonable for the price.

Room was super messy. Not clean at all. Had to even wear sandals in the shower. Don’t recommend it. Ohh and the people in the front don’t charge you until you leave. I had the money cash and was going to pay they charged my card at the end of the stay.

Clean room and lots of parking peacefully and quiet

smelt like animals and didn’t feel so clean but the last handful of times the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Sometimes you can smell weed being smoked but It doesn’t bother me. A lot of the same people always staying or live there and there’s a lot of police action but other than that it’s my fav affordable hotel in the area. Dog poop in grass/Animal smells in room sometimes
