Nothing dirty stunk and had roaches plaster peeling from shower and flooring rizing with bugs coming from everywhere I will never stay with this company again This was disgusting had to sleep in my car and only use the room to bath as I couldn't get a refund to go elsewhere manager leaves and does door dash when he is supppse to be there assisting quest. Horrible customer service

It's a spot for homeless people. The property is dirty,unkept,smells like cigarettes everywhere. The room is nasty, the ac doesnt work. The doors didnt lock and anyone could come in.

I didn’t actually get a chance to stay at the property but I did visit and from what I saw it was well maintained. The staff was very helpful and I appreciate them for understanding my situation.

Cleanliness needed immediately, replace the furniture and carpet. Please for all that is holy throw out those disgusting computer chairs. Fix the vents in the bathroom and remove blood from floor, yes we notice also clean the towels!! Oh and rooms shouldn't reak of mildew or weed. Receptionist was accommodating at getting a replacement room even tho it smells of weed still better that mildew ig.

Rooms door was kicked in and never repaired and roaches everywhere.

The AC was good The roaches was KILLING ME. And there was a dead roach refrigerator. How the heck did a roach get in the refrigerator?

nothing! The front desk receptionist was horrible! I asked to cancel the first night she would not accept the cancellation from booking.com when she could have I wanted to leave because it was filthy & nasty in there. the room was literally falling apart, so ragged. I would NOT RECOMMEND .

Booked the room. Showed up and no one was in office. Lights were off. They had a phone number to call for assistance. Called for over 45 mins. No answer or return call. Luckily Expedia helped book another room. This place had people outside sitting in their truck beds drinking beer and loud music from some of them. Wouldn’t stay here. Luckily I didn’t have to
