The bed and pillows were comfy, it was peaceful and quiet Who ever was about us were banging on the floor a little bit

Check out was easy. Soon as I came in the 1 clerk looked at me and just left for almost 30 mins after I was tired from driving 2 hours. Then gave me breakfast in a paper bag with no utensils.

Absolutely nothing This hotel doesn't feel safe. It is located in a very bad area of Baltimore. It also seems like there were some permanent residences there and there were a lot of people loitering in reception and outside the hotel. The rooms were run down with very uncomfortable beds. I decided to go with this hotel as there were no hotels available in the city due to the Rugby at M&T Bank stadium. If you are in the same boat, rather stay in DC and travel in by train

Conveniently located to Inner Harbor area. Reasonable price. It was an older building that needed a lot of renovation. There seemed to be people living there who were some kind of clients. There was a desk that clients needed to check in and out at and there was also an office for a doctor near the lobby, which felt odd. I didn’t see any free breakfast nor was it mentioned or offered and no snack area like most hotels. It was clean and definitely what we paid for choosing a less expensive hotel, so overall, really no complaints.

This is not an actual hotel like one would expect from a hotel. This property is participating in a state mandated behavioral health rehab/step down program where the majority of the 6 floors are filled with residents on this program. We overheard a resident there complaining about being roomed up with someone who smells like pee and snores. We started putting it together. There is an in house Psych NP office near the lobby. Residents are getting bags checked when they return. Our "non-smoking" room burned our nose holes from the cigarette smoking taking place in the building. Honestly this shouldn't even still be called a hotel or available on Bookings.com. First and foremost there is nothing on the ad of this listing that warns for what you are going to walk into at this place. Non-smoking rooms are non-existent even when put in a non-smoking room.

Comfortable bed & nice big towels. The carpet was still wet when we arrived at 10:30pm, even though it had been cleaned.

The room was clean enough but it’s in a rough part of the city. We were concerned going anywhere without an Uber.

This was an okay inn for a one-night stay. It felt more like the other guests were living there rather than simply staying for a visit, which gave it more of a residential feel. The room was fine, and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Overall, it was suitable for a short stay, but nothing particularly stood out.

The staff was especially supportive and understanding of my situation ( recently homeless) . I love this hotel.
