Americas Best Value Inn Baltimore

The staff was especially supportive and understanding of my situation ( recently homeless) . I love this hotel.

I stayed at this establishment last year, which was a decent experience aside from the very inadequate "breakfast", which was merely bland coffee and a Hostess cupcake. Moreover, the staff last year were somewhat better than the ghetto individual who checked me in on July 8th of this year. Professionalism was non-existent and possessed the mentality of a high schooler. She was not bad, but definitely not great, either. I did not even know which server to type in the password. It was just a mess. Last year, it was quiet throughout the night among other times. This year, it is as if the hotel degraded drastically: People outside late at night. Guest in and out of their rooms all day. Talking in the hallway. Almost no peace. Also, on the sixth floor where my room was, I think the vending machines were down. Furthermore, the reviews I have read stated the area around the hotel seems shady. They were right. Upon arrival, many children were playing around the lot where cars are in and out all day long. Even the guests reflected the same ghetto disposition as the staff behind the desk. Just deplorable. I even saw a cop car near the entrance several times during my two-day stay. I understand I did not pay for a high-class resort, but this level of degradation within a year of my last visit is asinine. Overall, I do not think I will return here. It feels unsafe. Renovate the hotel. Major improvement is definitely necessary. Regards,

Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. There are people with kids there but there some things I wouldn't want my kids seeing that I'd have to explain. The staff was awesome and very friendly. They actually were the best part of my stay. Side note, keep your key card separate from everything. Cellphone, credit cards, keys, even the other key card if you have more than one. It desensitized easily and you'll have to get it reactivated quite a bit but the staff is awesome so it's not an issue getting the reset

The value and availability on short notice. There was no breakfast provided despite the website saying that breakfast is included.

It is located in a quiet area. They have smoking rooms. It was comfortable.

This place was horrible We will not be coming back again It was dirty throughout the whole room The toilet wasn’t even clean and either was the tub I took plenty of pictures to show I should’nt have to pay to stay in a dump like this I hope that you do the right thing and refund my stay We stayed their on Saturday June 12th to Sunday the 13th Just stay away

The property was clean. However my key card never worked!! I had to go to the lobby to have them reset my key several times. I will personally never stay at this hotel again

The staff are wonderful. They have families in some program staying here so it’s noise all the time. A lot of running back and forth. A lot of trash. House keeping is once a week.
