Pleasant staff - clean rooms and facilities - lots of choices for breakfast and snacks

Everything was great !

Place was nice, staff was friendly, free breakfast and convience store just across the road call it WAWA. The room was big and clean. Shout out to staff at reception on night duty. he is helpfull, thank you so much.

Front desk staff was very friendly, especially with our two young children. Breakfast was smaller than a normal hotel breakfast and beds weren't the comfiest Hampton/Hilton beds I've ever slept on. But overall a great stay, there is a diner close by and the hotel is behind a Wawa so anyone traveling with kids has easy access to snacks and drinks. Hotel also offers snacks and drives, but we used Wawa. The beds could have been comfier and a little bit more of a variety for breakfast

The staff were exceptional! They were warm, friendly, welcoming, and caring. I've not experienced this level of real concern for guests at other hotels. Many of the people who stay there are seeking treatment at Johns Hopkins Hospital -- as were we. I wonder if this has cultivated and attracted and certain kind of caring worker. All I can say is we were highly impressed and intend to stay there every time we need to visit the hospital. The breakfast was also generous and had a wonderful variety. They were having trouble with their internet connection while we were there and we had to go to a local diner to get online.

The rooms seem newly refreshed and have lots of convenient lights and outlets. A very pleasant stay. I could hear just a little noise from adjacent room but luckily folks were considerate.

The hotel was great! We stayed here for a rugby game. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is a bit rough, but there is a very nice diner right nearby. The hotel staff were also very sweet.

We asked for a late check out but was told they couldn’t do that because they were at full capacity which didn’t make sense. If they were full then they had tons of other rooms to clean before doing ours. We changed plans and it worked out great for us but forced us to change plans.

Betty at the check in was very sweet and professional. We immediately felt welcome. This a great spot for anyone that wants to stay on the east side of Baltimore. Easy access to 895 and 95. This hotel is very nice and definitely would recommend a stay if your in the area.

I’m the rooms are nice & clean the parking was great. The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer and better overall everything was well.
