The manager on duty was great just a disappointing stay and will rethink doing this again

We loved the property. It was very clean and well maintained. Staff was a little edgy when we got there because system was down but all in all it was a great stay and we would come back!

Extremely helpful staff specifically the front desk supervisor. Stayed here on a work trip with a few last minute extensions and the front desk supervisor was extremely accommodating.

However, there is a ceiling vent in the room that blew very loudly (~80db), apparently unrelated to the room's air conditioning, and much louder. When I asked whether it could be turned down or off, I was told that every room has this, that it is part of the building's ventilation system. That's too bad - As I say, everything else about the place was wonderful, and it's in the perfect location for us near my husband's mother, but we couldn't sleep much with that dang thing blowing so loudly nonstop. I'll have to look for a different hotel on the next trip.

Breakfast was just OK. It was 9:30 and the person said they would bring out one more round of food and that was it. Food came out about 9:40 and was gone in minutes and that was it.

The staff was exceptional! Friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful, even for those of us who got there at the tail end of it. Clean rooms, great accommodations!

Betty who was at the front desk when we arrived was wonderful!!! She was very helpful and pleasant. Betty checked on us through out our stay. The front desk manager sent my husband and my daughter into the worst part of Baltimore when he asked where he could get sandwiches for tailgating at the Morgan Wallen concert. Being from Massachusetts and never visiting Baltimore before we had no idea about the area. My husband and daughter’s safety was at serious risk. The Manager seemed interested more about his smoke break than assisting guest and he was very rude and disrespectful to his employees. For these reasons but mainly because of the Managers complete disregard for my husband and daughter’s wellbeing. Our family will not never stay at the Bayview Hampton Inn again. I wish we had been told about the area before we booked the hotel.

Nice beds. Good location. Good value. Loved the free parking.

The rooms were nice and clean. First issue was the first night was the faucet in shower was about to fall off the wall. I was afraid to pull up the shower plug in fear the faucet would break off then I would have water shooting out. The second night we were in a different room because I booked the room then decided I was going up early. The staff were very accommodating. They had my second night room ready by 11 am and had me move into the new room . This room the air conditioning was leaking there was a large section of wet floor. The complimentary breakfast was not great except for waffles. The eggs and maple smoked sausage they had was not good. Which is odd I have had great complimentary breakfasts at other Hampton Inn’s and they were great. We didn’t even bother the second day to go down for the complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast was ample and delicious. Fresh fruit, coffee and fruit water were available around the clock. Staff was friendly and the room comfortable and clean.

Room was clean and hotel is close to Johns Hopkins

Internet was horrible, had to use a mobile hot spot to use my laptop at all and tv stations disappeared when a storm went past. Location was easy to get to and the price with free parking was good.

Absolutely terrible experience, reached there late night, they did not honor my paid room and said someone forgot to clean the room so they have no room for me!!! At 11 pm I was stranded with no room. Staff completely unhelpful. And to top this scam… people walked in after me and got a room I guess at a higher price they were charging them compared to what I paid through Expedia. Total scamsters, unprofessional, Expedia should remove this hotel from their offerings.
