Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center

Only one elevator worked and even that one was acting finicky. It would stop on every floor on the way down. When you are on the top floor, it is not ideal.

Internet won't connect. I tried 3 computers and same results

Our stay was very comfortable! We would definitely return!

They had a cat that was allowed inside the building. The breakfast was okay. The staff was pleasant and friendly. However, the pool was out of service. Only one elevator was working on out second day. They have a comedy club on-site. Lots of parking available.

1. The 10th floor hallway was hot ass hell. 2. The T.Vs don't work that well. 3. The pool was closed due to renovations, but it didn't say that on the website 🤔. 4. Other than that the staff was amazing.

If you drive there, there’s lots of restaurants and stores nearby. However, if you Uber or don’t have a car, we had to DoorDash anything we needed.

It was a great hotel, next to highways and a nice view. I could see harbor in the distance from our hotel room. Breakfast was good but I'd rather be some protein like hard boiled egg, cuz I don't eat scrambled eggs. Staff is really nice and friendly. The room was perfect size and comfortable. Our bathroom door did not close, unless you slammed it. It would pop open.

Only thing was would not let delivery come to room when was ready for bed-- I don't understand why. Convenient for customers when relaxing in room

The staff was friendly, but the property itself was old and smelly.

I stayed here for a comedy show. I didnt Visit the night club, but liked that it was an option. I ised The laundry facilities so that was a nice convenience.

I booked the room for my birthday & when I got there the pool, hot tub was outta commission which nobody told me in advance & that was my main reason for booking.I drove. 2 hours from Phila to Baltimore & had to turn right back around another 2 hours This took place on July 1st & today is July 6th & I still haven’t been refunded yet.. I’ve called the hotel & was told to contact my bank & my bank saying the hotel has my refund on hold just a whole mess . Terrible experience & a lesson learned

The room was clean, beds were super comfortable, and free breakfast was a bonus. We stayed one night and used the transportation to the cruise ship that they offered. Would definitely recommend!

The staffs was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciate that there offer long term parking..

Always enjoy the staff when visiting this hotel... parking can be a little tight.

The restaurant food and staff are also awesome.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good

The breakfast was fresh hot very tasty and well stocked. We reason accommodations for handicapped accessibile, staff was helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with.

I liked the location and the breakfast The staff was not friendly our first day I was told if I checked in early if room was as ready there would be a $25 fee but they told my mom something different . We asked for info about transportation to the harbor and it would have been nice to have the shuttle times listed on the link they send or posted outside . We weren’t told we had to book the shuttle at first and stood outside . Mustafa was told to drive us and he seemed annoyed . He smelled heavily of smoke and was not courteous instead he talked on his phone for the whole ride in another language to someone . Our other encounters we had were with Tracy and he was nice but the shuttles are never on time and you will be waiting a while . The beds were comfy but not the sofa bed and the pillows felt like the stuffing was broken up into balls . Everyone had stiff necks . The air conditioning shuts off around 1ish every morning and you will wake up sweating . Do not eat at the restaurant it’s awful and slow service . The pool was nasty the first day w a slimey film on top and the roof is falling in . Hot tub is not working but you can sit in the warm water . We were told first night that maintenance would come up to fix fridge and after waiting over 30 min we call again to be asked if we called and that there is no maintenance there but they would send security up . Any time you complain you are just told “I’m sorry I understand ‘ there are signs outside for no vaping or smoking and there are designated areas . My mom and I have asthma and she also has a severe respiratory disease . A guy was smoking and she asked him to move and he refused . Tracey the security guard told the guy as well and the man said he basically lives here and ignored him . It was frustrating to wait for the transit while having to breathe in smoke .

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The shower was disappointing. The tub did not drain at all. The facilities need some uplifting and modernization.
