The room was absolutely terrible, the toilet was broken, bathroom door broken. The room did not feel clean at all and it definitely did not feel safe enough to sleep in.

Shopping was okay. Furniture was torn. Outlet didn't have no protection. That's a safety has it.

Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch live wires. One bath towel and one wash cloth. No hand towels or floor mat in the bath room. Tub had many chips. Toilet paper dowell missing so toilet paper stuck on one end of the holder. No sink stopper. Ironing board holder had been ripped off the wall in one location and reinstalled in another and hanging loose by only two screws. Of course there was not an ironing board or iron, so that wasn't a factor. It was still noisy past midnight from neighbors but the ac unit produced pretty good white noise. It was a lousy stay. I would try anywhere else before returning.

Nothing Roaches, bathroom counter falling apart, location in the ghetto...I cannot believe Booking.com would EVEN be associated with this hotel. I will never go through your organization again for a booking!

Absolutely Nothing Room’s are so run down and unkept smells horrible doors falling off the henges bathroom had wholes in the ceiling mine in the ceiling bed was half way on a box spring carpet dirty and stink I left homeless people all over kids running knocking on all doors

Eqrky check in Room was dirty no wash cloth and one towel when told it was a couple

I went to check in and there were two children boys about ages 13 and 8! Bad sign. Checkin was long. They finally gave me key. I walked to the room and there was a half eaten birthday cake, clothes thrown on the floor, beds unmade. I was in shock! I told them I want my money back and they said they can"t do that because I paid online. I am never going back thete. They offered me another room but i declined!

Property was not well kept nor was room

The first room remote didn't work to the tv and the change my girl to four different room and the people next door was very bad hitting the walls all night and talking all day until 3am plus no wifi like in the ad

Location I didn't like anything about this place the girl behind the desk is rude and when on your way upstairs it's homeless people sleeping next to urine in the hallway rooms smell bad and they charge top dollar

I liked that there were no chalk outlines on the floor and that I didn't get bedbugs. the holes from cigarettes burned into the bedspread. the bathroom was nasty.

Bathroom was filthy with missing paint. Washcloths stink and were dirty it was 83 dollars online when I called they wanted 100 plus a deposit outrageous for the condition of the room not even worth 50
