Howard Johnson by Wyndham Pikesville

This might be the worst hotel I stayed in so far and I been to a lot places around the world staying in “bad” hotels.

Room smelled, thought i was in a hotel in a developing nation, holes in bedding, only 1 small light in room, reception sesk had bulket proof glass. Will never stay at a Howard Johnsons again.

The room was clean, the bed was fine and the refrigerator worked. The carpets were filthy. There is a sign for no smoking in the lobby but the place reeked of marijuana. The staff person on duty when we arrived was new and was unable to assist with any questions, fortunately one of the ladies who was making up rooms came past and was able to assist. I had a good night's sleep, but am unlikely to put this hotel on my revisit list

Rooms had roaches and mice. The showers barely got hot. And loud water pipes. We had to fight with staff for extra towels. They kept telling us they didn't have towels. The mattresses were nasty and stained. Stained towels. Foul smell In the rooms. Employee sleep behind the counter. Lamps with no lampshades. A roach crawled on our bed. We slept on top of the sheets because we didn't trust the room conditions to possibly have bed bugs. No breakfast, no microwave, no wifi. Waste of money.

If you have any other option available, even if it means staying in the car, please do that.

AC doesn’t work, noisy,and it’s dirty

it was a horrible day. One of the staff was very rude. If you weren’t for the young lady who was on duty, I would’ve got help. They had mice. They had roaches crying babies all on the floor terrible. The crazy part is they have about four guys working outside with ski mask.on

Every thing was just disgusting

This is an UNSAFE motel. It is NOT a hotel. It is filthy, reeking of marijuana, and no lighting in the parking lot. The rooms smelled horrible. Room doors looked like they had been repaired from being kicked in. The desk agent sits behind bulletproof glass. There is a sign warning residents not to engage in prostitution nor bring guns. I did not feel safe enough to spend the night. Do NOT stay here!

The rooms are not clean.

Smells bad mice and roaches

It was all smelling of weed and smoke at the lobby. I had to cancel.

Goodnight and everybody was pleasant

The check-in was horrible no rooms were ready. I called and asked if we could check in early. They said we could and then we got there and the room was not ready. There was about 10 people waiting in the lobby for rooms to be cleaned. Some windows were busted out around the side of the building. People were outside smoking marijuana. Refused to stay there after seeing everything

The moment we walked in, the smell hit us. The entire place smelled like 40 years of cigarettes had been absorbed into the walls, carpet, furniture, and air itself. It wasn’t a faint “someone smoked here once” smell. It was heavy, stale, and absolutely disgusting. The condition of the hotel was genuinely shocking. This was the kind of place where you immediately start questioning whether saving a little money was worth it. It wasn’t. Cockroaches coming from unknown locations inside the room. we didn’t shower or used the water faucet to brush our teeth. We used bottled water from a near by gas station. We slept ON TOP of red bed sheets. they only provide two stained pillows and MAYBE three small towels. None of the electrical outlets work to charge phones. We only stayed because we had a concert to go to, it was a quick fly in and out of Baltimore type of trip. I rarely leave reviews this harsh, but I genuinely want to warn the next person before they make the same mistake. Spend the extra money somewhere else. Sleep somewhere else. Just do not book here.

The room looked nothing like advertised. The main light did not work the lamps were broken. There were holes in the wall. The AC was barely working as well.

The place had roaches. The staff was horrible and completely useless. The cleaning staff are non existent. They refuse to provide towels and toilet paper. Overall worst stay ever.

Front desk broke Ada and pip laws regarding my service animal and things that were supposed to be complimentary they tried to charge us for among other things I was very dissatisfied with the whole scenario asked for a refund and was not given one

I needed wi fi to work while there, Friday it wasn't working, after Friday it worked but couldn't access from room which killed my days because I needed it
