The moment we walked in, the smell hit us. The entire place smelled like 40 years of cigarettes had been absorbed into the walls, carpet, furniture, and air itself. It wasn’t a faint “someone smoked here once” smell. It was heavy, stale, and absolutely disgusting. The condition of the hotel was genuinely shocking. This was the kind of place where you immediately start questioning whether saving a little money was worth it. It wasn’t. Cockroaches coming from unknown locations inside the room. we didn’t shower or used the water faucet to brush our teeth. We used bottled water from a near by gas station. We slept ON TOP of red bed sheets. they only provide two stained pillows and MAYBE three small towels. None of the electrical outlets work to charge phones. We only stayed because we had a concert to go to, it was a quick fly in and out of Baltimore type of trip. I rarely leave reviews this harsh, but I genuinely want to warn the next person before they make the same mistake. Spend the extra money somewhere else. Sleep somewhere else. Just do not book here.

The place had roaches. The staff was horrible and completely useless. The cleaning staff are non existent. They refuse to provide towels and toilet paper. Overall worst stay ever.

I needed wi fi to work while there, Friday it wasn't working, after Friday it worked but couldn't access from room which killed my days because I needed it

We tried for two hours to go to sleep, but a couple staying in the hotel went wild with cursing and screaming in the halls and outside our window for nearly an hour. We then realized that the police had been called. For our personal safety, we left at midnight to look for a safer place to spend the night. We expect to be refunded.

I would not want this property as currently owned to be in a corporate brand I was associated with.

Absolutely horrible. Low price, but room was messy, cockroaches in bathroom, old outlets, beat up furniture, sketchy environment. I'm sorry. I probably should have slept inside my truck

Stay elsewhere if possible. The room was unclean, there were people in the hallway all night. Someone tried to get me to let them take my room as I was leaving. I did not want to touch anything in the building. There was a general smoke smell throughout the whole building.

Stay waz all good!! Staff was very accommodating!!

Room had mice & roaches.

Roaches. Dirty sheets, smelly hallway. We found roaches on the first day, packed our stuff and left

The lock did not work and didn't even have to use my key card. Tv didn't work. Room was filthy. Had bugs and exposed electrical wires. Reported to staff and was told nothing they could do so left with no refund chose to sleep in my car

The cost of the stay is/was good. However, the rooms definitely need upgrading.

2. The gentleman at the front desk was almost uncommunicatve for no other reason than he was being rude. 3. The room was really large but it smells of mildew, probably because the carpet is damp. 4. The TV had one station available, 5. There was one lamp and it had no lamp shade. 6. There was no knob on spigot in the tub, which made showering a problem along with the fact the water only got warm after we turned on the hot water in the garden tub. 7. No real conveniences at all here. 8. This place needs an overhaul ASAP.

The property is not well-maintained. The carpets were old and dirty. The entire place, including our room, smelled of smoke despite signs indicating that it was a smoke free place. The door from the parking lot was broken so the door remained opened and not secured. The towels and bathtub were also dirty, so we had to shower at the home of the relatives we were visiting in the area. Fortunately, the beds were relatively clean so we were able to spend the night and then check out early the next morning.

There were mice & roaches in our room (108). Mice dropping on our "clean" towels, bed & counters. Firedecter, AC & microwave were broken. Desk try to move us to another room (217), but the door was broken & wouldn't close from inside or out.

Staff was helpful and clean room

The only redeeming quality was the staff. They were very kind and quick to try to remedy issues to the best of their limited ability!

Whatever you do do not stay at this motel it was disgustingly dirty
