Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and very clean. Though the sounds of the highway right below our window was pretty noisy at night...

Booked a double queen room months in advance. Upon arrival, was informed that only king rooms were available. AC didn’t really work in the room, temperature never got below 75. Otherwise, experience was about what you’d expect from a generic hotel.

Hello, good afternoon. Personally, the check-in was very quick and easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, but when I opened the refrigerator to put some things away, I was surprised to find it full of food, perhaps from the previous guest, and it had a slightly unpleasant smell. Secondly, when I went to breakfast, I found that the pancakes and French toast were cold. For the price, it wasn't what I expected.

The air conditioning wasn't working; it was completely frozen over and making a huge amount of noise.

When I got back to my room the second night, after being out all day, I came back to an overwhelming smell of marijuana. On top of that, the smoke detector in the room started chirping almost as soon as I laid down for bed. And the TV wasn't hooked up.

The room was nice, spacious and clean, and best of all...it was VERY QUIET (sound proof). In a lot of hotels, you can hear your neighbors, and I liked the fact that we couldn't hear them or anyone in the hallway. This facility did provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in bathroom dispensers. The staff were helpful with directions to certain areas. It was nice not to have to pay for parking, as many places charge those fees now. I did specifically book with this hotel, as it was indicated that breakfast was included. It was not included, but there was an onsite restaurant there with paid breakfast and/or other dining times. The breakfast bar was $23 per person, which was a bit pricey. Overall, the stay was good.

My stay was quite and amazing hospitality from the staff. Book you a room.

It was very loud. Could not get to sleep because of the blare of the music. Because the rooms are right next to the ballroom there is constant music blaring until 2am. Terrible. Not enough parking for hotel and ballroom. Terrible parking

DOWN FALL the Jenky air conditioners in the room. They are loud and unsightly.

First, they greeting us with warm chocolate cookies was amazing! The lobby and seating area are beautiful. They have a lot of areas you can sit and chat. We had a king size room and it was so beautiful and updated. I will definitely booking this hotel everytime we are in Baltimore.

The room was not completely clean , there were crumbs on the floor . The wifi was extremely bad!

Overall, I liked my stay at this location. The rooms are spacious and I like the layout. The lobby is gorgeous and welcoming. Having a room close to the fitness center was convenient as well. The two issues I had; 1. There was a fan outside of my room that was causing extra noise, it looks to have been there for moisture management. The 2nd issue was that my bottom lock would not always work/required extra strength to operate. Overall, I would stay at this location again.

The reason this hotel gets 5 stars is because of the staff. They were incredibly helpful. I had an incident and the staff handled it quickly without any issues. Could not be more satisfied. The only draw back was some of the rooms overlook a courtyard where events were held. On one night there was a wedding that was loud. I asked for a new room and the staff did not hesitate. If you stay you may want to enquirer as to whether your room is on the courtyard.
