Property was clean, efficient and unremarkable. Parking was convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

The was clean and comfortable, however the air conditioner was not working and the hotel was fully booked. To their credit, they did send a technician to my room right away and he did has the air conditioner repaired within an hour, which I was very pleased about.

The staff was friendly, especially the woman who checked me in late at night. The room was clean. I really appreciated the cleaning staff coming in on a daily basis! My only complaint was that the a/c unit in my room was quite loud, and being next to the elevator added to the noise level being less than ideal. Also, the safe in my room did not work. I also wish coffee had been provided in the lobby for people who didn’t pay extra for breakfast.

Hotel seemed very understaffed

It was a horrible experience. The ac did not work in the hotel and it took 6 hours to fix. Later at night the lights went off and we were not able to attend the function that we came for. The manager promised to refund for one day but I haven’t seen anything yet.

Pleasure
-
Everyday I had to ask for clean towels and finally on the fifth night I asked someone to change my sheets
-
My room had spots on the wall and spots near the window
-
the bath tub for a bath was unusable. shower was ok
-
Run down, under construction (which was not disclosed in advance), temporary AC in room with duct tape on windows, asked for daily room refresh and it was not delivered
-
Decent enough hotel for the price; ample parking, under construction in the lobby area but staff was dedicated and helpful.
-
I had no complaints about anything that only thing I would suggest is to have king size rooms that are wheelchair accessible
-
The restaurant attached to the hotel messed up my food order two times. Waited a long time for service and food was terrible. They also added gratuity to the bill automatically
-
Staff wasn’t helpful at all. We asked for a loading cart and had to wait for 30 minutes and still didn’t get it. The room had bugs and we had to go to Target across the street for bug spray and the sheets were stain with black crust or something. And they also had a wedding there that made it very unpleasant due to the wedding party was very loud and rude.

The poperty was in a great place for traveling. The room was clean and staff were professional. My disappointment was in the room. I guess at some point the air system and they put the floor model air conditioners in the room that vent through the window. That is not an issue with me, is it how it was vent. Just little pieces of duct tape holding it to the window which still allowed the access heat in the room that we had on the 4th floor.

I made a mistake on the dates, went right back in and corrected them. When I contacted them they said they would try to get ahold of the hotel for a refund, doubletree refused to refund my money. The mistake was because a link that was sent to me for a tournament that had the wrong dates. I would understand if days or weeks had passed but I literally corrected it five minutes later. I’m a Hilton Gold member, not anymore. I’m canceling my credit card and sticking with Mariott.

We ended up having to extend our stay an additional 2 nights, the staff was so accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Clean rooms, beautiful lobby, great location.

Difficulty getting the room cleaned or serviced.
