Inn at the Colonnade Baltimore - a DoubleTree by Hilton

This was my first time at this venue. I will be returning to it in the future. It was a little far from the place we had dinner at.

It suited our need to be at the university to visit someone. The front desk guy - Bruce, was amazingly helpful and kind! It was a bit expensive and especially the parking at $48 was very expensive. Other than that it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great experience from start to finish. Simple check in, all the employees are friendly and helpful, pretty solid bar food for a hotel, and clean comfortable rooms

Disappointing

There wasn't even a bottle of mineral water in the room; I was only given two at check-in, and the front desk refused to provide any more when I asked later. I stayed for two days, and although I was charged for parking, I still had to take a ticket to enter and exit—not realizing the fee had already been processed—so I ended up paying for parking again upon leaving. It was a terrible experience, and I won't be staying there again.

The staff was amazing & the hotel was very clean.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The King Suite was roomy and affordable. The pull out bed wasn't that comfortable though.

Great amenities, coffee shop and bar/restaurant. Staff was hard to find. We waited a long time at the desk to check in and then we weren't offered our drink voucher I had to go back and ask for it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, bright property. Great location. Parking a little pricey.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly

It’s good overall just an older hotel so the hvac system was pretty loud that comes on and off at night.
