Inn at the Colonnade Baltimore - a DoubleTree by Hilton

There was a covered parking garage underneath the building and although breakfast wasn't included there was a good Cafe right on premises. We were just across the street from Johns Hopkins University and it felt like a pretty safe area. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel ambiance was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Large rooms! The parking garage is a bit tight, but convenient. Will book again!

Even if I got F&B credit, their restaurant, Alize, is barely open and has very limited food options. Their bar isn’t open most of the time also so I couldn’t use my food and beverage credit during my previous stay. Notably, their hours of operation on their website is inaccurate. Upgrading rooms with status was also an issue during this stay although it wasn’t a problem 3-weeks earlier. It’s like they changed ownership or the staff during this stay wasn’t adequately trained. The property is convenient for access to Johns Hopkins, where I was picking up my son. Otherwise, there aren’t any amenities or restaurants near this property (or on property as stated above), and our Uber drivers told us not to walk around the neighborhood at night for fear of being robbed.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Although we were checking out that day, we were also visiting Johns Hopkins and needed to leave our car in the parking garage beyond checkout time. They made it super easy and were happy to be accommodating.

I had a good day at the property. The rooms were very clean. Hallway was clean. SERVICE was great. The room was BIG. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking they need to do better with the parking and you shouldn’t have to pay for parking in that type of garage if you pay all that money to stay there anyway it’s not even secured

Love this place for staying near Loyola University. Breakfast is great, especially the coffee.

This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!

This used to be a premium hotel - now it's basically a standard DoubleTree (which is ok since the prices are lower now too)

This is a visually appealing and well-maintained property with a bunch of great amenities right in the lobby and all of the popular John Hopkins hangouts a short walk or rideshare away.

Our room, reserved for two, was clearly a single: no chair except a desk chair, the desk had no outlets for a laptop, no wastepaper basket except for a tiny one in the bathroom, a small double bed that had been advertised as a queen-sized. Breakfast facilities were only available on the first day of our stay; after that, nothing was available (except room service) because of a conference that occupied the main receiving area. Apart from these physical inconveniences, the staff was uniformly polite and friendly.
