Staff was terrible front desk lady was very disrespectful was trying to get out of parking lot to leave wasn't any room in the to get out went in and told front desk I was blocked in she told me I didn't know how to drive come to find out I was blocked in by one of their live in friends and I was late for my football game because of them never stay there u will regret it. I know I paid for a cheap stay but staff need to be checked asap

Je comprends que le prix par nuit dans un motel ne correspond pas à du luxe, mais l'expérience en tout a été quand même défavorable. Il y avait des tâches dans les draps et les serviettes et il y avait des coquerelles dans ma chambre. En plus, le wifi est terrible et il fallait "réactiver" la carte de la chambre chaque jour. Le personnel est gentil et compréhensif, mais les installations sont à prévenir. Venez prêts.

It was roaches and the tube and bathroom was so dirty a lot of flies the bed was hard

Infestation & Filth: There were cockroaches everywhere, at all hours of the day. The floors were extremely dirty, and the entire room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Disgusting Bathroom: The sink was broken, and the shower curtains were filthy and stained. Lack of Amenities: We were only given one towel for a family of four, and it was stained and dirty. Housekeeping never came to clean our room—not even once during our entire stay. Unusable Linens: Everything was so repulsive that my family and I had to go out and buy our own sheets, towels, soaps, and even flip-flops just to be able to take a shower. Poor Management: The room keys reset every single day, forcing us to constantly go back to the front office just to get them reactivated. Terrible Staff: The staff was incredibly rude, treated us poorly, and exhibited discriminatory behavior. Save your money and your health. Avoid this nightmare of a motel at all costs!

A/C was dirty and stinky Tv had no reception Not able to log onto wifi Toilet had no seat Bathroom door did not close as it was the wrong size door. and had no handle (not that it mattered). Walkways were littered with all sorts of trash. Overall its absolutey a negative 10 rating.

Being greeted by numerous cockroaches from the moment we opened the front door was a truly disgusting way to start our weekend in Baltimore. They didnt stop there, they were on the bedding, in the bathroom, seeming every crack was an entrance way for them to infest the room. The night attendant was not interested in the situation when I confronted her with what is your policy when it comes to cockroaches? She simply stood there with blank expression. I asked for another room and she said that they had none. I finally convinced her to give me some insect repellent and so we spent the evening looking for and spraying multiple locations. Needless to say being in a room rife with insect spray was unhealthy. They didnt even bother to clean up the dead roaches the next day. The roaches reappeared when we returned to the room the following night so we had a repeat performance. What a shocking experience for me and my son! I have copious images to support this disgusting affair and even gave some to the front attendant to give to the manager Jyostna but I doubt that she did. Thanks for ruining my time with my son. You should be shut down for health violations. Sick to our stomachs! Ian & Jagger

NOTHING. We left and found a different place to stay after 15-20 minutes and they have a no cancellation rule after checking in. Not that the guy was even around to help us after. I am not a high-maintenance traveler by any means, and rarely leave reviews, but this motel was an absolute nightmare. We ended up packing up and driving 30 minutes out of the city just to feel safe and clean. The red flags started at check-in.The entrance is tiny, and I had to wait outside for 20 minutes. While waiting outside, I was harassed and catcalled by people loitering right at the door. Once inside, the front desk clerk took my ID, ignored me for 10 minutes, and then just disappeared into the back. I wanted to leave right then, but he had my ID. There were literal signs posted saying "no refunds even if it's only been 10-15 mins"—which tells you everything you need to know about the rooms. When I asked where to park, the clerk gave a deeply unsettling response about how he's "always watching and always here," which completely creeped me out given the sketchy people yelling outside. The room itself was revolting. The nauseating, musty smell hits you immediately—it was so overpowering we couldn't even stomach eating or drinking in there. There were long black hairs everywhere, including hanging off the stained towels and bedding. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the washroom. I wanted a shower after a full day of traveling but that was a hard pass. The bed was like a brick with paper-thin pillows, the room was full of flies, and there wasn't even a mini-fridge. We immediately booked another place and left. When we tried to return the key card, the front desk guy who claimed to "always be watching" was completely MIA, so we just tossed the card through the hole in the security glass and ran. Spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else.
