I only stayed for one night, but the experience was amazing. The staff was super helpful, especially Alonzo at the front desk. I’ll definitely be staying again!

There was dirty stuff all over the walls in my room. It looked like spilled beverages or products, and the vent for the airflow to my room would constantly shake every time the air came on making it sound like someone was trying to open my door. Anytime I needed something. I had to go down to the front desk and get it myself and a package I was supposed to be delivered was never brought to my room. There was clearly a domestic dispute on my floor with people yelling in the hallway at midnight, which is absolutely terrifying. In the top it all off all the restaurants were closed even though I had made a reservation to eat there so then I had to go find different dinner plans during my stay which was for a week. I have heard indigo and Ivy are no better and that the only worthwhile hotel in all of this area is The Four Seasons so learn from my mistake.

Several of the hotel’s signature amenities, including the restaurants and karaoke rooms, were closed throughout our stay, yet we were still charged a $12/night amenity fee. Because there was no on-site dining, we had to pay additional costs for rides or food delivery, on top of the already steep $49/night parking fee. The hotel provided a list of “walkable” restaurants, but only one was realistically within walking distance. That said, I sincerely empathize with the staff. They handled themselves with grace under difficult circumstances. My frustration is not with them. It’s with the lack of transparency before arrival and charging guests for amenities that simply weren’t available. This hotel has incredible potential, but until everything is fully operational, guests deserve clearer communication and pricing that reflects the experience they’re actually receiving.

When we arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were told we could leave our luggage, but the restaurant was having electrical issues, so we would have to eat at other nearby restaurants. However, when we returned in the evening to check in, we were informed that our room also had electrical problems—specifically, the air conditioning wasn't working, making it uncomfortable. They offered to cancel our stay on the spot. We were shocked and forced to look for another hotel immediately; fortunately, we found one just around the corner. I would not recommend staying at the Revival Hotel to anyone. We had a terrible experience.

I don’t like that they don’t have restaurants closer.

Great hotel!

Rooms size is ok. Bathroom layout is awkward with the tub separating the sink and toilet. Both the room door and the bathroom door are misaligned and have to be slammed to close them. Some other units might have the same issues and it can be quite noisy at times. The only thing we like is the location of the hotel.

It was a great hotel. Everything was so clean
-
The AC was broken, it was 83 degrees in the room. The staff was very cavalier about it. I will never come back to this hotel.

Had to deal with the A/C not working which was an adjustment. I must say the staff did the best that they could to accommodate me due to the situation. Not my best stay, But the staff was great as usual. Please thank them for me. Great job team keep up the great work.

I had such a great stay! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was adorable and spotless! The cafe had amazing coffee! 10/10 would recommend to anyone
-
The cleanliness of the facility and felt secure It was really out of the staff control. The pipes were down, so we weren't able to enjoy the Cafe.
-
Breakfast tasted stale and very pricey. Sink leaking from knobs in bathroom. Curtains in room were off the track
-
An adorable boutique hotel walking distance to great museums, food, parks and transit: great helpful staff. Amazing views of a beautiful historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!
-
Staff was super friendly! They upgraded us upon arrival! Great location and restaurant/bar on rooftop.
-
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Great location, close to all we needed. The breakfast restaurant was expensive for the quality of the food. Also, plan on an extra 50$ per day for valet parking.
-
Great location just next to the Washington Monument. The purple Baltimore Circulator stops at the monument and takes you down to the Inner Harbor. The rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful! We enjoyed the convenience of the in hotel food options-especially The Dashery. If we return to Baltimore this is where we will stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Lorenzo was so helpful. Rooftop bar was fun! Across from Mt. Vernon square park was nice to go sit and relax. Close to the Lyric where we saw live music. We will definitely stay again!

We had an issue with our air conditioner, but the staff was fantastic and they had us moved to a new room within a half an hour. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very eclectic.
