The air conditioning was out as it is an old building. They put an external air conditioner in the room and unfortunately with the constant air blowing we ended up with respiratory infections. Still fighting it 2 weeks later. 😞

The first day I thought that it was gonna be a really great getaway, but things started to just go downhill the longer we stayed at the hotel. Everything was incredibly overpriced. Things were either broken or didn’t work and you have to pay a $14 a day fee for use of the amenities, even if you don’t use them and they don’t even do the turn down request for your room. They did it once and then the three other times we requested it for each new day they never did it. We ran out of things very quickly in the hotel room breakfast for like two sandwiches and two coffees was $49 which is insane. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our experience in Baltimore, but the price of the hotel and the extra charges were not worth our visit the workers there were nice. I think that it was just incredibly busy of a weekend for them, but Baltimore should never be that expensive given the environment.

Hotel Revival has its issues, but I loved it anyway. The loudest issue was the AC, which made the doors vibrate when it came on. We asked for a different room, but it was hardly better. The room felt damp, and towels and sweaty clothes never dried (I know, Baltimore, but still). We asked for a turndown only once during our 6-night stay, but it didn't happen (felt sad to see a housekeeper practically running between rooms at 5pm). It's an old building, and you don't have to wander far to see how down-and-out Baltimore is. But the place is so Charming! Everyone is unusually friendly without being cloying. The rooms feel large and naturally laid out, with lots of thoughtful storage options. All the spaces are gorgeously designed, appointed with beautiful mid-century art and furniture, which is the real victory. Fitness room is small and windowless, but it had the treadmill, mat, weights, and amenities I needed. Topside Restaurant is worth the high prices for unparalleled views. Revival is a unique hotel that makes a person feel more like a Person.

Hotel Revival was an amazing property. This was my second time there. Topside Restaurant on the rooftop was great like always with delicious food. Liked the menu and drinks were super cold. I stayed at Room 1410 and there was a leaking water faucet. Forgot to tell the front desk when I left.

Great boutique hotel. Our room had ac problems. They without hesitation moved us to new room. So don’t accept rooms 705, 706

I LOVE this hotel. It overflows with charm. The staff could not have been kinder and friendlier. Really it's an ideal place for anyone who isn't enamored by the cookie-cutter style of the chain hotels.

I usually love Hotel Revival, but this stay the air conditioning unit in my room wasn't working properly. So my stay was not that comfortable.

This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!

I only stayed for one night, but the experience was amazing. The staff was super helpful, especially Alonzo at the front desk. I’ll definitely be staying again!

There was dirty stuff all over the walls in my room. It looked like spilled beverages or products, and the vent for the airflow to my room would constantly shake every time the air came on making it sound like someone was trying to open my door. Anytime I needed something. I had to go down to the front desk and get it myself and a package I was supposed to be delivered was never brought to my room. There was clearly a domestic dispute on my floor with people yelling in the hallway at midnight, which is absolutely terrifying. In the top it all off all the restaurants were closed even though I had made a reservation to eat there so then I had to go find different dinner plans during my stay which was for a week. I have heard indigo and Ivy are no better and that the only worthwhile hotel in all of this area is The Four Seasons so learn from my mistake.
