Hotel Revival Baltimore

Every single staff member I interacted with was stellar -- accommodating, helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond! The cafe downstairs is wonderful. This was my first stay, but I will definitely be returning for my next Baltimore trips!

Very comfortable room, we had a great view of the monument. Staff very friendly, area was good with lots of history.

I liked the location and staff. A few days later I saw I was charged a separate fee of $39. Initially when I called to question a charge I was told it was for use of the mini bar. I informed the person I brought my own liquor to hotel. Later, the person called back and said it was just taxes and hotel fees. Needless to say it will be last last visit here. Nobody has time for BS. I know I don't.

Superb

The room was super clean and comfy. The bathroom and linens were also super clean and fresh. The hotel property feels modern and updated. The hotel lobby has a cafe which was convenient for coffee and a quick bite in the morning. There is valet parking or street parking as well. The front desk associates were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very cute boutique hotel… With a lot of options on site even Karaoke rooms…All staff members were friendly and welcoming. Park can be a little challenging but hotel have valet option. Definitely will come and stay again.

The room was lovely, but the hot water was not working, and parking was $120 for 2 nights with taxes and fees; will have to look elsewhere next time unfortunately. I woulld not have stayed here if I knew these two things

Felt welcomed as soon as I came through the door. My room was spacious. The room was clean but there was a very faint smell of oldness. It wasn’t bothersome at all but just shows it’s an old space despite the apparent renovations. I chose to consider it part of the charm. The hotel has a fun vibe and is in an area close to lots of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again in the future. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Baltimore and after visiting town a few times, I enjoyed being here more than some of the hotels in the inner harbor.

Nice clean room, staff was great. The room coffee was surprisingly good. Valet staff was so helpful.

Would absolutely stay here again

We weren't that impressed with the onsite restaurants but it was super convenent having them in the hotel. The location was great! We didn't walk around after dark but that's basically advised for almost everywhere in the city of Baltimore. During the daylight felt super safe. We were able to walk to food establishments and a little market to get some snacks. We did walk from the hotel to the inner harbor but decided to not do it again and took Lyfts. We did have an issue with our first room and the staff moved us to another room that had a couple small issues. The room was very clean and our view was incredible. As with most hotels the pillows and mattress are not great. We didn't get a good nights sleep due to that. Overall the hotel is a wonderful place to stay. We were slightly disappointed due to the issues with the rooms BUT we also had high expectations from other reviews. And I know if we had mentioned the issues in our second room the staff would have jumped to resolve them, but we were barely at the hotel except to relax at the end of our evenings and sleep.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best. There were hairs on the carpet. The bathrooms are old. Shower pressure was low. Staff members were not very warm. Cafe staff was clueless how to use the room credits.

The hotel is very lovely. Our room was spacious. We are not from Baltimore so we don’t know the area that well. It seemed Okay. We appreciated that at night time you had a security guard with a full uniform and gun on the inside that he seemed like really ready to guard the place and it makes us feel secure that you can’t get on the elevator without the key card things like that we like very much. We thought your staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great hotel. We would recommend it. The air-conditioning in our room was very inconsistent and did not work well. We called the front desk and ask for a fan, but no one ever brought us one or got back to us. The only other thing I would say is that the cleanliness of the hotel could be better. For example, when you go to press the elevator button, it’s all dirty. When we went to our room, a half a bottle of wine was left open where the beverages were.

Great staff, very clean, comfortable beds and nice facilities! Only downside: bathroom door didn’t shut all the way (knob wasn’t working).
