Very rough section of town. Noisy outside. In room coffee machine did not work. Charged the wrong credit card. Did not advertise the hours for the continental breakfast. Did not offer a receipt; I had to ask twice. Door to our room was damaged.

Beware of this hotel!! They keep your deposit making up damages that never occurred! I am still in shock and can believe they are actually doing this. I have never damaged anything in a hotel in my life and certainly not this time either. Beware of this hotel and its fraudulent practices!

Was decent for a business trip

Great stay

Breakfast options were good. Staff was friendly. Area around the hotel was not as advertized. Not a very clean/well lit street. Some family members did not feel safe. Hotel door did not seem to lock too well.

The hotel was ok the area where it was located was awful I don’t recommend this hotel that’s just my opinion.

The rest of the hotel was just as disappointing. The property was dirty and clearly not well maintained. The hallways had rat traps out in plain view and smelled strongly of marijuana. The carpeting was stained and worn, the walls needed fresh paint, and the furniture was scratched, damaged, and falling apart. To make matters worse, the bedding had multiple stains, making us question how well the rooms were cleaned. Overall, the hotel lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. Between the broken shower, dirty conditions, stained bedding, visible rat traps, and poor upkeep, this was an extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this hotel and would encourage others to look elsewhere when talking to the staff about this they said to contact Expedia for money reimbursement, and didn’t care at all about what we told them about. The one worker actually laughed and agreed with us that the hotel was dirty and uncomfortable.

First room the knob in the bathtub didn’t work so they moved us right away no fuss Then in the mist of that neighborhood kids tried to get in which comes down to the elevator it needs to be card access situations like that The staff was very nice and accommodating It did have a slight smell I think on some floors probably just the carpet needed shampooing The breakfast was cool the same at any hotel if you ask me

The daily commentary breakfast is great. Room was clean and location is convenient to the inner harbor.
-
Staff was very accommodating and helpful but only so much they could do Would not recommend this property.
-
The front desk attendant Brittany was really nice and helpful. Besides that, I will never book here again. Terrible location, they were doing construction inside the hotel until 2am, too expensive for what they offered. Do not recommend!

I do not know the city Baltimore so I cannot compare the prices in Baltimore. Paying this much money, I thought the standard would be higher. It was older ventilation system in the room. Bathroom was clean. Staff readiness, smiling, hospitality could be better. Room facilities could be better. It was very dark, only one window. The neigbourhood was not pleasant, but the staff cannot do about it. The staff in the cafetaria was good.
-
The condition of the hotel outside of the lobby is below standard for a hotel charging $300 dollars a night. The room walls were filthy visable stains and furniture condition was bad. It seem that from the amount of groceries some guests were taking to rooms that the hotel maybe being used as shelter. The neighborhood has a large collection homeless and junkies on the adjacent streets.

It was terrible. Walked in the room and the chair and garbage can was on the bed. Was told the room only gets cleaned every 3 days, including getting fresh towels. That's very unsanitary.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk to Camden Yards, although the neighborhood is a bit dodgy. Room was OK size, but quite 'worn out'. Signs in the elevator that vaping, loud noise, and damaging furniture was immediate eviction; sign of the location the hotel occupies. Cheapest OK alternative within walking to the game, but be aware of where you are.
