Valet literally missing for almost 1/2 hour when we checked in..NOT busy..just not around. Bed was hard Queen-no decent blanket Food was excellent. I was robbed of a $300 package in the lobby-no one cared to help-1 shadey security guard said he looked at the camera but didn't see anything. Very disappointed..this was the 3rd time I stayed there and it was the last.

The front desk staff are out of this world outstanding! So friendly and so helpful! The lobby is gorgeous. My room was clean and comfortable. It’s obviously an older hotel but very well-maintained. I highly recommend.

Room very outdated with a cracked window in the bathroom and paint chipping off the ceiling.

Perfect little getaway spot

Over charged us by $50. No response from hotel when requesting receipt. Have stayed at this property numerous times, won’t return. Very disappointed.

I have stayed here a few times in Baltimore and I have not been disappointed by them ever. They provide a really nice place at fair prices. There is a magic to this old hotel that you're not going to get anywhere else and I encourage people to enjoy it. Also the only feedback I have in your food area. Serve real quality iced tea and not that gold peak ice tea syrup which is absolutely dreadful.

Bed uncomfortable gives me projects vibes

The rooms need to be updated. A lot of things were loose, the floor was uneven, they have mixed type chairs and broken/limited number of outlets. They only had 1 roll of tissue in the bathroom for a 2 day stay and the carpet was torn.

Staff is great and location is perfect

During the stay staff was very unhelpful. Rooms was very outdated. Sheets in room was stained. . At one point asked vallet about parking, told me to hold on while he took a personal call. Service was so bad ended up checking out a day early with no refund. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The LB Tarven staff was awesome
-
Easy walk to the Harbor and Camden Yards field but found the area was not very good at night.
-
Historical hotel is in need of significant upgrade. Bath tub faucet fixtures broken. Bathroom vent was very dirty. Room air quality was stale. Windows were dirty, barely could see out of them.
-
Great room in a historic hotel. Remember it's an old hotel but we'll maintained
-
I liked everything about the hotel. It's just that Valet parking is a bit disorganized to the point that drivers dont immediately know where my car is when I have to go back for it to get something out of it. And I had to wait about 20 minutes when it was finally time to check out and get my car. The drive way in front of the hotel is narrow and traffic is usually bad, but being more organized would mitigate this.

Bar tender wasn't as friendly and responsive as other staff

Great place to stay
-
The Lord Baltimore Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel with a fabulous lobby. The shower has the best water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel. This is a pet friendly hotel and unfortunately I was bitten by fleas and ended up with dozens of bites primarily on my shoulders, back and arms. The hotel declined my request for a refund.
-
Great place to stay for an overnight to watch an orioles game at Camden yards.
