Restaurant Water wasn't hit enough. Facility needs updating

Shower valve anti-scald valve was wonky. Water would start-out Too HOT, then after a couple of minutes of letting it run (wasting water) it would suddenly shift to freezing cold and then I could adjust it to a fairly good temperature, then after about two minutes, it would shift to freezing cold (you had to be sure to compete your shower before then or you would freeze to death trying to rinse off the last of the soap). I was there for 4 days, so I figured-out the pattern. I did report it to the front desk as I checked-out, so in theory, they should get it fixed. Also, the light switch by the door didn't activate any lights in the room, so you had to reach across the entryway and flip on the light in the bathroom before progressing into the room. If you leave the black-out drapes open when you leave in the morning, then there is a bit of light in the room when you return after dark.

The staff here were exceptional, so friendly and helpful, always smiling. I guess based on the nightly rate we got what we paid for. The hotel is in need of updating in some areas. I think the rating may have been higher than deserved. We got what we paid for. Again, the staff were amazing!

When I got there ,arrive time 1205 am . Hotel was sold to the hotel ? next door. The guy at the front door over workers were very helpful, they transferred me to another among u guys property Marriott Downtown. The service was excellent how he worked it . ? Very clean and professional ?

Great room size. One of my rooms had no heat. The water leak in the main lobby.

Cleanliness of the room. Room was nice and the floor I was on I was quiet always a plus Water was. Warm in the bathroom not hot

Roaches, gave us one wash cloth, heat was broken, door was broken you can just push open without the key had to put the lock on anytime we was inside, the ¿free¿ breakfast isn¿t free and it¿s nasty and cold it¿s so many things wrong the bed was dirty

My hotel room was completely dirty hair all over the place and dirt on my toilet. All of my bed sheets and blankets had what looked like blood stains. The made us get our own towels and wash rags. Overall horrible experience I want my money back. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel at all.

Staff was nice some where trash but the heat not working in the hotel is a problem when it's 10 degrees outside The heat the heat doesn't work

The location is good. Right in downtown Baltimore not to far from the harbor. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hot water in the room was not getting hot. The room was not getting warm enough. The lobby smelled like weed and there were woman walking around the lobby wearing bonnets. There was water leaking in the lobby. The had buckets to catch the water that was leaking
