Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed that the sheets and comforter were ripped, and two electrical outlets were not functioning. We contacted the front desk to report the issues. While replacement linens were eventually brought to the room after about 45 minutes, the housekeeper simply handed them to me rather than replacing the bedding herself. The manager then come up and knocked and asked if we wanted her to put the sheets on after we already did it. After paying for a hotel room, I didn’t expect to be responsible for changing damaged linens that should’ve been changed before we even checked in. Things had multiple rips on the sheets and comforter. To make matters worse, after checking out, I was charged a damage fee for what I was told was makeup on a towel. Before I could even discuss the charge, I spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to reach someone. I called approximately eight times without an answer—no voicemail, no callback, just endless ringing and hanging up. It ultimately took nearly ten phone calls before I was finally able to speak with a woman. When I did reach someone, I was told the towel couldn’t be cleaned because it had “dark-colored makeup” on it. I asked whether it could simply be bleached, and I was told no because the makeup was “dark colored.” That explanation was not only unconvincing, but also came across as incredibly rude.

Everything was perfect. A true “Diamond in the rough”. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and , if you don’t care about the Breakfast amenities, a good choice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the price was definitely right.

A plus

The stay was ok. I had no real concerns about my stay.
-
Hotel was clean and front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Hotel limited on amenities. Property needs a refresh of common areas (i.e. old carpeting, old elevator cabs, old wall coverings, etc.) Perfect for what we needed for the weekend.
-
Clean room great staff an kitchen was pretty dope an clean no parking but easy access to everything
-
Ok stay. Room was dusty on sink shelves and fridge. Flooring was lumpy. Area is suspect for sure. Baltimore has seen brighter days

In the heart of downtown Baltimore property outside was as clean as it could be. Walkable to places to eat and the harbor. Suites were very roomy, comfortable and clean. Staff was attentive and very nice.

-
Wonderful property and excellent customer service!

Let early check in be an option. I called around 1 and she said it was too early to check in without asking my name to see if my reserved room was actually available. Instead we checked in at 4 with a packed lobby and an hour wait which was a huge waste of time. Room also smelled like smoke.

4pm is way too late to check in. We were visiting for a concert and the gates opened at 4:30. Also, the parking is not associated with the hotel so not convenient or close.
-
The room was nice but the area is a little rough. Rooms are cleaned once a week.
-
The rooms were really nice and the staff was exceptional! I would stay there every time I visit Baltimore!
-
Friendly and helpful staff from helping us park our car to check out! Room was different than the pictures but still nice. Shower could be updated but otherwise we had a great stay for what we needed for one night! Pet rate was cheapest around which was very appealing!

My stay was good. The only complaint I had was the outlet in the bathroom and the ones by the bed wasn’t working. That was a big inconvenience. Room 919
