You have to pay for parking a block away. The sandwich shop a few door down was nice, but a few homeless people were around. They didn’t talk to us, but wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around at night.

The gym lol i like exercising and being productive i like shower area in my hotel nice kitchenette i liked being close to the convention Center when I attended baltimore comic con so that was a win win The desk chair not gonna lie it was uncomfortable to sit in while knitting

Room was clean and ok but they have to clean outside the building better. Your sidewalk and sides of the building shouldn’t have garbage or animal droppings left for two nights.
