The rooms need some updating too, especially the bathroom. The staff was good and the ease of checking in and out was great.

I also found the prices at the Urban sports bar restaurant to be very reasonable with generous portions.

Really helpful and polite staff. We had a bit of a mixup with our room but they got everything sorted quickly and without any problems. It’s a nice hotel. I can see why it has such good ratings.

Valet parking was difficult. They did not send text when car was ready, as I was told they would. Valets were very pleasant to us, but I would not want to do valet parking again. Front desk is understaffed. Several times, I had to wait too long to ask a question. Breakfast was good...a bit crowded.

The overall hotel was very nice. My room smelled like smoke a little but it was still a nice room. The location makes it very accessible to the harbor and good places to eat. Will stay again.

Youngsters hanging out across the street until very late. Also, the Inner Harbour looks like a ghost town compared to my last visit six years ago.
