Parking garage is very inconveniently located from property. Elevator broke during stay. Very noisy location, was up all night felt like I was in NYC with how loud the streets were.
-
Checked out five minutes after checking in room disgusting

The pictures do match the rooms or the main entrance. Property is severely old, cracks in the walls, floor, the windows dont shut all the way.

We spent the night here and I am not happy at all. We got the suite due to 3 of us and there wasn’t even enough furniture to sit everyone. The bay view was not a bay view. You could hear EVERYTHING outside. The ceiling was so low my one guest had to keep his neck bent. The outlets were coming out the wall. We never got our pillows. My sheets were stained and dirty. There wasn’t even enough paint on everything. We had conditioner but not shampoo. The hotel smelled like weed. Even our lamp was leaning. Only thing nice was the floor. Even our door was smaller than our neighbors. Pictures are deceptive. I felt like we were put in a room being renovated and it wasn’t done yet: only upside was the bed was comfortable. I paid alot of money to be there and I am actually upset about it and would like to be contacted by someone.

Room wasn't set up for 4 people. Sheets pillows and blankets were missing for the pull out bed. Staff claimed only two towels per room no matter how many people were staying. Hotel had a funky smell to it and windows were extremely dirty.

Stains on all the towels, stains on curtains. Absolutely FILTHY. The rooms look nothing like they show online. Would not recommend

Rooms need an immediate upgrade. For the price they could invest in repairs needed to the room and upgrade the bedding.

Positives: convenient location, spacious room, comfy bed. Negatives: hotel is very outdated, or looks like a poor renovation was completed; toilet backed up and worked very slowly, furniture was very worn, odd smell in the hallways, elevators rattled and were slow, small roach in room. Overall, would not recommend for the price.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was meh. The bathroom is too small to turn around in. Toilet hardly flushes. The office chair is peeling. The bed was half off the base and every time I tried to push it over the whole bed would move. It served the purpose. Location is perfect to the harbor Breakfast was good, no oj.

From the moment we walked in, the lobby smelled like someone's bad decisions had been marinating for years. Then came the actual room. Spacious (Room 309). The sticky floors were a nice touch - it was like the hotel wanted to make sure you couldn't leave too quickly. But, the bathtub was completely brown. Hard water? Rust? A science experiment? A crime scene? Who knows! Are you brave enough to investigate? We certainly weren't. The bed with wannabe white bedsheets, comforter, and pillowcases were decorated with an impressive collection of mysterious brown stains. I've stayed in budget hotels before, but this looked like housekeeping had simply given up or just couldn’t keep up with all the murders. Within minutes, we marched back to the front desk and asked for a refund. Apparently we weren't the only ones. Other families and young couples were doing the exact same thing, all wearing the same expression of "Absolutely not." The one redeeming quality? The location. It's in a fantastic spot near the Inner Harbor. Unfortunately, being close to attractions doesn’t make up for feeling like you need a hazmat suit to sleep. Parking? Not on-site. There is a nearby lot within walking distance, but it didn't exactly inspire confidence. So great location. Absolutely disgusting place to stay.

I reserved 3 rooms to attend an event in Baltimore, where every room in the city was booked. When we went to check in, we were told by the front desk that the rooms were cancelled
