Nothing There were bugs. Mold in the bathroom. Ac broke. Linen was dirty. Toilet flooded room and they tried to tell us to plunge it.

Every thing was great

The location and safety This was my second time at the facility, however there was a roach in my room and I felt uncomfortable.

Housekeeping never came. Even after we requested. Made me take my own trash to dumpsters. Breakfast was gross. Bathroom had mold in ceilings. Heat didnt work and was freezing @ night. I have the flu now. Parking was $30.

On the plus side the rooms are spacious and has a refrigerator and microwave. Key needed to operate the elevators.

Switched rooms and more of the same in new room. Huge stain (blood or feces) on pullout couch. Checked out after one night and I was till charged for over half the visit. Staff was kind but no reason I should be charged so much. Will not stay in any Comfort Inns again.

Shower would flood the water after 20 seconds. If you take a 5 minute shower, you basically end up in a pool and the water took a long time to drain. Not sure if it is mold but I saw dark spots on the edges of the tiles in the shower. The showerhead cover was coming off and I could see inside the wall where the water pipe connects to the shower head. The sink handles would slowly leak water whenever you turn it on. Lots of parts of the walls in the room are chipped or about to fall appart. The doors to the room have large gaps so you can clearly hear people outside in the hallway. My room was right in front of the elevator so this was a frequent disturbance particularly in the morning when people are waiting for the elevator. The TV remote does not have a "guide" button so if you are trying to find a channel, you have to cycle through everything and it takes 10 seconds for a channel to load. Most of the time the channel is not even available so you just wasted 10 seconds trying to see if a channel works. The bag check situation is disappointing. You simply put your bag behind a counter near the entrance and thats it. No tag on your bag, barely any supervision, you just go back to pick up your bag without interacting with the hotel staff. It is basically an honor system so be careful what you decide to leave there. They also provide bar soap for the hand wash with no place to rest the bar soap so it is basically just sitting on the counter, very disappointing and unhygienic.

Hotel seems like it’s still under construction…hvac unit was loud and noisy.

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Good hospitality

Staff was nice. There seem to be some misunderstanding when checking in about which room to keep, but it was worked out the next day. Breakfast was great! I loved the city view. It is noisy with traffic but it's to be expected considering its in the city. On a side note if you like island food Judy's Island grill is really good. I had the jerk chicken , peas n rice and cabbage medley was delicious! Only issue I had with my room was the headboard was dusty. Like my hand just happened to graze the corner and I felt it and wiped it and saw dust bunnies. Other than that everything else was good. I would stay here again. Very close to Harbour. Walkable.

Do not book this hotel! It was outdated and disgusting.

Hotel was fine, nothing spectacular, but it did it's job to a satisfactory amount.

I wish shampoo and body lotion were of more quality, that there were more and bigger pillows, more towels, warm blanket for the third bed (sofa).
