On 4th of july theacwasbarely working nobody in hotel ac was running properly

Location was the only plus being walkable to the inner harbor but the building and its facilities are dated and could be better maintained. That being said, the entire Baltimore harbor has deteriorated significantly. Dining and entertainment in the area a lot worse than when I lived in MD 15 years ago.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. He put us in rooms to see the fireworks over the harbor.I didn't get his name because i was frantic about my phone. I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

Good location. Terrible cleaning of the bathtub.Areas with mold.

Towels were worn-out. Bathroom was so small, you couldn't shut the door while on the toilet. Traffic noise was way to noisy at night for sleeping. And the list goes on......

AC not working into 1st assigned room. AC worked in 2nd room. It's close to the Inner Harbor. Price was reasonable. Most likely will check other competitors for the next time.

No security deposit

The staff is extremely rude, when I arrived after check in time the front desk staff told me to wait almost an hour for us to check in, after we waited an hour the room was VERY dirty the entire hotel smelled like moth ball. After settling into my room we noticed nothing was working the tv was saying it had to signal, when brought to staff’s attention that it wasn’t working the staff proceeded to get smart saying it’s not his problem, after asking for a room change he proceeded to be disrespectful. I would not recommend this run down fein attraction to ANYONE.

I've stayed here a few times. It's a solid, basic hotel. Clean, right by the inner harbor, and it includes breakfast, which is great.

The property is conveniently located in the Inner Harbor. The property itself is in desperate need of a remodel and update. Everything felt dated and the decor seemed like a hodge podge of things strewn together. The website information isn't current. It advertised valet parking and we were told they didn't have valet parking upon arrival and had to self park in another garage separate from the hotel building.

Great location to Inner Harbor, and other activities. Dirty room. Hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. Curtains stained, shower leaked.

NOthing but location The property was dirty and rooms seemed unfinished and nasty.

The hotel stinks, its dirty, the room was still dirty, hair in the bathtub and sink. No linens for the pull out sofa, 2 towels for a room that sleeps 6, sheets on the beds were wrinkled and i was terrified about bugs. My clothes will be washed as soon as i get home. The TVs didn't work, had no signal. The AC didnt work. The tile in the bathroom and walls throughout had patches and stuff all over them. Looked like mold in the bathroom. The door to the main room was cut on the bottom like 3inches

Location Dirty shower curtain. Hair on floor in elevator. Employees in the breakfast room didn't understand English. Wall light switches didn't work.

We will not be going back there.

Had bug in the bathroom mold in the shower tile air conditioner wasn’t working want my money back nobody please don’t stay there want a refund

The location is very harbor accessible, but the continuous sirens were awful! The police, ambulance, and fire truck sirens!!!

Cons: Property is in general disrepair. Peeling patient, sloppy patching and indifferent staff. We didn’t have towels or extra blanket or sheet for the pull out couch. Had to call the front desk and go pick up. Please also note no parking at this location. Make arrangements in advance.

The tub would not go down. They didnt have enough towels in the room and hole in in the ceiling of the bathroom.
