AMAZING. I’ve always stayed at Hilton hotels but I will now be checking out Staybridge when we travel. Our room was incredible, the hotel is walking distance to a lot of attractions, the free breakfast has a lot of options and the staff is very professional and attentive.

The property is nice. The view from this particular room was horrible. It faces a brick wall so you can’t see anything. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was great!! The parking is definitely not great if you’re not vallet parking so I recommend you do that!! The surrounding area is awesome, so many things to see and do!! The places to eat are also amazing in the area!!

Accommodate customers when services are not working properly such as the AC. Provide better room maintenance, such as clean showers, clean carpeting.

We had good time at hotel.. staff was very friendly and helpful .. we got our first room without bathtub , but they managed to give us good better room once we told them our issue .. thank you

The continental breakfast was great. They had a social with snacks a couple of afternoons. Price wise, I thought it was very affordable for its location. The front staff was not particularly helpful, depending on who was there, but housekeeping was very friendly/helpful.

Excellent location in a beautiful historic building. Love that they kept small touches like the woodwork, mail slots and iron stairs. Room was spacious and well maintained. We had a suite with separate bedroom, only drawback was the A/C in this older building meant the living area was very cold and the bedroom was still very warm. Self serve breakfast was typical. Location was excellent for the aquarium, historic ship tours, harbor, local restaurants and shops. Not too loud at night like we have seen in other large city hotels.

The breakfast was excellent. The room is spacious, well-equipped and functional. The bed was very soft and the lightning in the room is not great.
