Very clean spacious room. Classic hotel in a great location. If it had a bar it would be perfect.

Everything was Great for my Birthday Weekend... Very close to the Inner Harbor, restaurants, National Aquarium, great places to eat at!! Staff at the hotel was Very friendly... One lady stood.out to me with how Helpful she was and very Friendly and that was the Breakfast attendant...I didn't get her name but she was really nice, also your Valet staff was nice and professional...when visiting Baltimore again I will definitely stay here again!!!

This was the theme of our trip. If you haven’t visited Baltimore before, the city felt out of control and dangerous. We couldn’t wait to leave. With regards to the actual hotel. We arrived late on a Friday and left early on Saturday night because of the reasons mentioned above. The staff were friendly enough, the room was clean. We really weren’t in the hotel very much. I called before our arrival checking valet was included (I paid upfront), reiterated this on arrival….despite this I was charged for parking again after leaving and had to wait a week to get a refund because only 1 person can approve it. If you are visiting Baltimore it doesn’t matter where you stay, the area will be bad so based on that the Staybridge suites should be an option.

Me and my family we have an amazing stay, They have really good food for breakfast.

other then the cruise got rerouted and we had to cancel our trip we paid for a shuttle that we have to take a credit for future use all went well letting us know on your site that you park in front and the valet comes out .we just had to ride around ..then got lost and had to call front desk to see where to park.

Nothing DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel canceled our booking and moved us to another hotel miles away from the city, and then resold rooms at a over inflated price as there was a major sporting event on in the city for the weekend. This completely ruined our visit to Baltimore and attending the sporting event. This hotel would rather make excessive money than provide customer service. After sending multiple messages, they preferred to just not respond.

This place is great! 7 min walk to the Inner Harbor and less than 20 to Camden Yards. Having a full kitchen was handy and breakfast was actually quite good. Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable.

The staff were all so helpful and the hotel room had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience! It was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip.

Location and staff Room was on the ground (they call it 1st) floor and very noisy from road noise and cars. It was freezing. And because you couldn’t open the curtains because of being on the street it was very dark.

Location was OK. We had now air-conditioning in our room for the first two nights of our stay, room temp was constantly in the mid-80's and we had no windows that opened, hardly slept for two nights. Hotel was fully booked so we could not move rooms. It was suggested that the aircon would be fixed on the 2nd day but that did not happen. I was promised text message updates but got nothing. They said they would provide a fan for the room but that never happened. On check out they Comp'ed us for one night only despite the issues running for 2 out of our 3-night stay. Overall, I'd say the place has some poor maintenance issues and admin staff are not customer focused. I'd suggest looking at other hotels in Baltimore before picking this hotel.
