Excellent across the board. The staff is pros d accommodating. One of the kindest staffs I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. I felt special! Kindness surrounded my family. No artificial intelligence at the Staybridge. Just natural compassion, courtesy and respect. Thank you and you will see my family again, and again N/A

The historic building. The grandeur of the building. Breakfast and snack times. Valet parking. Area not too walkable at night.

Location and value. “Happy Hour” was sub-par. Wasn’t really looking for a free meal, but what was provided wasn’t great.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped The location was near the Inner Harbor. Strong smell of mold in the bathroom. Handicapped shower with hose that had a huge leak in it and sprayed all over. The hotel designated cab driver to the airport did not have a meter and charged us almost twice what it cost to first arrive at the airport with a metered driver. And he was a very dangerous driver as well. Was booked as a city view room but wasn't even though the staff tried to say it was.

Breakfast had good choices. In room 110 on the first floor right opposite the dining room the lobby music woke me up much earlier than I wanted to.

A good hotel with friendly staff; it is clean and very well-located, with spacious rooms. It is a beautiful city with very friendly people. a little careful when going out at night or outside the tourist center. It is a beautiful city with very friendly people. The scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't the best, but everything else about the breakfast was very good. I wouldn't give the bed 5 stars, but it is a very spacious, clean, and comfortable room.

The location can't be beat. The rooms are grandiose. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. A wonderful staff. This place is an excellent deal. I strongly recommend the Staybridge No need to be negative for me. I never expect perfection just overall quality
