the staff was amazing and the hotel was very cleaan the check in procces took awhile

Breakfast was really good and people were really nice all the time. The hotel was also really clean. Felt kinda not safe walking outside the neighborhood at night

They gived the wrong room

The bathroom door handle was loose, and the toilet didn’t fill up after flushing. Things that should be caught and fixed. More importantly we hadn’t been to Baltimore Inner Harbor since before COVID. The inner Harbor area has declined and felt less safe than years ago. I’d recommend staying in place more to the left of the Aquarium.

The room was very clean and the maintenance staff were very friendly. The check-in experience wasn’t the best. The two authorizations, totaling more than half of the actual stay cost, weren’t explained at all or even stated before being charged. Also be prepared to pay a hefty fee for parking that is not reimbursed.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Close to Inner Harbor and the Baltimore Convention center and there were plenty of options to eat in the neighborhood.
