Even more concerning were the unexplained charges that appeared on my credit card. I was billed for charges that were never clearly explained or authorized, and hotel staff were unable or unwilling to provide a satisfactory explanation. As a guest, I should not have to worry about mysterious charges appearing after checking in. The combination of unreliable room access and questionable billing practices made this stay stressful rather than enjoyable. I expected better service, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would think twice before staying here again.

Bar took forever to serve a hot martini. It took 40 minutesand four requeststo get ice for it.

The property is somewhat outdated and while generally in good shape, in small ways, was in a state of disrepair. We found several small things that had paint chipping, stains in carpet, etc.

Although I had a super short stay, this hotel was totally worth it. Very friendly staff, easy to check in, clean rooms and cool decor.

I loved it there. All the staff members were knowledgeable and kind. The kids and I loved the restaurant which was attached to the old mall. There was an area you could look down at it and see the emptiness. Plus the view of the harbor while eating. Rooms were clean, beds looked nice. Hated paying for parking because i didnt follow dirwctions of the signs and I got a large fine. My own fault.

Good room nice view

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. There are cosmetic things that need attention, but overall, a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything is close by. Great customer service

The breakfast was very good. The parking was confusing but we managed. There were 2 hairs in the sink. We signed up for the Marriott rewards, but still got charged for the internet.
-
It was very centralized
-
The hotel and staff were excellent, but the water table restaurant was just OK and the servers were not the best. Forgot to bring me items I requested both at dinner and breakfast. Had to ask 2 times

Great place to stay. Conviently located.

We were promised a king size bed upon booking. We got two queen size beds instead.
-
Room was over 500 feet from the elevator. Towels were like brillo pads.

Room appeared clean. But I am someone who checks everywhere. I looked under the bed and there was trash. Desk clerk said they would take care of it.

From the beginning. No valet service. We had to self park. Parking was $98 for the night FYI. Check-in took over an hour. There were at least 30 people in line to check-in and 3 staff members working. Two of the six elevators weren’t working. Got to our room and the fridge was broken. We had four guests on our reservation and they only gave us three bath towels. Our bed linens were dirty with blood stains from a previous guest. I was excited for the Kevin Murphy bath products in the shower, however they were definitely filled with cheap shampoo and conditioners. Breakfast was a joke. The continental breakfast was not $14.95 per person as advertised on Expedia. It was $28.99 per person. The hotel bar could not accommodate the amount of guests. We were sat at a high top with in the bar area that was closed. No one came to give us drinks…ever. It’s pretty bad when the hotel is charging you $30 a plate for breakfast and can’t offer you a water. For the almost $500 a night we paid, I expected more.

There was a ridiculously long line of about 15-20 people for a 4 pm check in. Room is very nice . Long hallways to walk from the elevator.

Great weekend
-
There were several options for parking that were less expensive than the garage that’s attached to the hotel, however, did you not offer in and out access; you can reserve through SpotHero.
-
Nothing to like. I was lied to about this property Nothing, the pictures were misleading and disgusting place
