Expedia confirmed that I had correctly booked a room with two queen beds and that the hotel should have provided the room type I reserved. Unfortunately, the hotel blamed Expedia and told me that all rooms were sold out and they could not accommodate my reservation. What made the experience even more disappointing was the staff’s attitude. Instead of offering an apology or trying to find a solution, they were focused on blaming each other. There was no apology whatsoever. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and frustrating.

The hotel Manager Wilhomenia and her staff were just wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.

It was great. Didnt have a issue at all

Great value for money! The property looks just as pictured in the photos, and the facilities, rooms, and service were all exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Wilhelmina at the front desk was especially lovely. She was always checking in to see how I was doing and complimenting both me and my mom. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay! Everything was great! No complaints. We hope to stay here again!

Stayed for a concert at M&T Bank Stadium and used BWI Airport, it was really convenient for both! Would stay again! Room had a king bed (if I'm not mistaken) and a sofa bed, worked really well cause my friend came last minut; it was really spacious.

Beautiful building and great staff You could hear everything going on down on the street all night long. Sounded like the people were in the room with me.

Front desk staff awesome

Bel hôtel, bien situé. Les coûts du stationnement 79$ pour une nuit sont à par contre beaucoup trop chers

Convienet location. Good price. Very poor breakfast. Some of the staff were unfriendly.

Staff went out of their way to help accommodate us. I requested we be together with our friends and they did that! Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good! Valet was good too! Bar tender wrapped up in a blanket behind the bar. Seemed to have a bad day.

Our room wasn’t turned over as it should have been. I had to go down to the desk to request towels and a turn over for the remaining days of our stay. The bathroom had mold all around the shower head and temperature gauge as well as mold between some tiles. The light switch blade was broken. My brother and sister in law had a cockroach in the room and were given dirty towels. And house keeping shorted us on toilet paper and tissues as well. The noise from outside was so loud that it consistently woke us up (from 3:30am) and on. You would think that a company that wealthy they could splurge on better windows to keep the noise out- especially since this was an everyday problem. (There were 2 after hour clubs next door apparently that cause a lot of commotion and constantly need law enforcement to intervene. ). When we tried to check in, there was no one at the front desk and the vallet just stared at me from the inside and then carried on with her conversation. I will give a shout out to Darryl the front desk night shift receptionist who kept it real, had our clogged shower fixed the following day and made sure house keeping came to our room. I will also give a plug to the coffee and hot water- they kept it hot!! Despite the positive parts, they unfortunately did not outweigh the negative portions of our stay. I would not recommend anyone staying at the Spring Hill suites Marriott in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore- and will rethink Marriott in the future.

The cleaning was leaking in the main entrance during the rain.

The property was beautiful inside and out I like the layout of the hotel. It gave me that old timey vibe with a mix of new school vibe. Only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay $45 for valet it should be a free parking nearby. The couch bed thing was terrible hard as a rock.

Disappointed
