- The noise coming from below was terrible and kept us awake. We called to be moved but they didn’t have a room until next day. The room also had a strange smell that came from the big hole on the bathroom floor. 2nd night 4 stars: 8th floor - Much better room and less street noise. No smell from the bathroom. Other thoughts: - Breakfast was basic but convenient - Location is amazing and a short walk to Inner Harbor - Parking is $45 per night which is high - Staff was lovely and helpful - Treadmill in the health center was convenient due to heat and rain, but also basic

The staff is excellent. Valet staff was fast and efficient. The breakfast wasn't tasty could use a lot of help. Actually breakfast was the biggest let down. Overall the stay was nice.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. My only issue was the shower. I was in a handicap room and yes I am here. You can have it the shower was part of a bathtub. The water wasn’t real strong, and it dripped from both the hose and the showerhead. The eggs on the breakfast buffet, where some of the best I’ve ever had they were not from a carton. I would say it was a pretty good deal.

The parking situation was confusing. The valet spots outside the hotel were full / had a couple cars parked there already. When trying to park, there is a parking lot immediately next to it that had signs for a hotel parking. It is not affiliated with the hotel and I had to pay parking even though I was there for less than ten minutes. Note that you will not have view of the harbor even if you are on the top floor like we were. All we could see were buildings and rooftops.

Beautiful historic building!

Everyone was very friendly and the mourning breakfast is very good. Only thing I missed was the girl Anna that was doing room service but moved away. She never did my room but every time I saw her in the hall, she was always smiling and had something nice to say although it was in Spanish.

The manager was working the front desk when we arrived before the check in time, and dhe gracioudly checked us in without requiring us to wait. In addition, sshe provided us with rxcellent recommendations regarding local eateries and nearby shopping. The entire staff was vety pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was rather limited, and the elevators were behaving quite strangely intil they were fixed the next day.

Area has safety concerns. Valet warned of auto thefts and burglaries. Area pron to teen takeovers and drug use.

Without notifying me, the hotel canceled my reservation. On the day of my arrival, I called around 11:00 a.m. to confirm everything was fine. I was traveling to Baltimore, Maryland, for my master's degree graduation. The representative congratulated me and assured me that everything was in order and that they would see me when I arrived. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled because of the failed payment attempt made at 3:00 a.m. This made no sense since I was supposed to pay at the property. To make matters worse, the front desk agent then tried to offer me another room at a 40% discount, but the room had no air conditioning. He also refused to clearly tell us the total cost of the room despite repeated requests. As a result, we decided to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. Additionally, hotel parking is located two blocks away, which was another inconvenience. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially during such an important occasion.

I was impressed by the accommodations and staff - but, the breakfast - not so much.

To get from the parking garage to the hotel entrance, you have to walk down the street. We arrived late at night with several pieces of luggage and young children, which made the process quite difficult. We were assigned a room on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs ourselves. Throughout the night, there was a lot of noise from nearby clubs and loud banging sounds. Unfortunately, my kids were unable to sleep because of it. If you’re traveling alone or with other adults and don’t have much luggage, this hotel may be a reasonable option for the price. However, if you’re looking for a place to rest quietly or are traveling with children, this would not be my recommendation. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews before booking, which is exactly why I’m leaving this one, to help other families know what to expect. Beakfast was decent and the place was fairly clean.

The staff were very nice. Darryl was very helpful the night before I arrived, I called and he assured me that everything was set to go. Wilomina made it feel like home with her personable conversations. Bryce assisted me with any late night requests.

Close to everything and good value and the valet people where good Our door handle/lock didn’t work very well. No fan or vent in bathroom Loud street noise

Had two rooms and the beds in 405 the bedding had never been changed. I took photos went to desk clerk first night, went to desk-clerk yesterday went to the desk today. They said they would have a manager contact me. I have yet to hear from the manager.!!! very disappointed because I’ve stayed at this hotel once before.
-
My only complaint was that our bedspread did not seem fully clean. There were marks of makeup or something on the cover that my child and I hadn’t even touched. I did check the rest of the room and it seemed to be in order, but that was off putting. Breakfast was also limited in options but not bad at all. I would stay again, but I would definitely check linens before use.

I liked the breakfast The valet parking was terrible and expensive
-
Pretty much everything. The shower head was terrible, no pressure.
-
The vibe The food not much to chose from
-
The hotel seemed as if it needed a little bit of a wash and freshen up. We had two TVs in our room and neither one worked. The valet also lost our AirTag. The valet manager was amazing and replaced it right away which was super kind of her.

Did clean our room for four days.
