Bel hôtel, bien situé. Les coûts du stationnement 79$ pour une nuit sont à par contre beaucoup trop chers

Our room wasn’t turned over as it should have been. I had to go down to the desk to request towels and a turn over for the remaining days of our stay. The bathroom had mold all around the shower head and temperature gauge as well as mold between some tiles. The light switch blade was broken. My brother and sister in law had a cockroach in the room and were given dirty towels. And house keeping shorted us on toilet paper and tissues as well. The noise from outside was so loud that it consistently woke us up (from 3:30am) and on. You would think that a company that wealthy they could splurge on better windows to keep the noise out- especially since this was an everyday problem. (There were 2 after hour clubs next door apparently that cause a lot of commotion and constantly need law enforcement to intervene. ). When we tried to check in, there was no one at the front desk and the vallet just stared at me from the inside and then carried on with her conversation. I will give a shout out to Darryl the front desk night shift receptionist who kept it real, had our clogged shower fixed the following day and made sure house keeping came to our room. I will also give a plug to the coffee and hot water- they kept it hot!! Despite the positive parts, they unfortunately did not outweigh the negative portions of our stay. I would not recommend anyone staying at the Spring Hill suites Marriott in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore- and will rethink Marriott in the future.

Which isn’t the hotels fault but it was hot in my room

This is my “go to” hotel now that my daughter will be attending school there. The desk staff is GREAT! Very welcoming & friendly. The rooms are clean. I had an issue with the tv & phone not working properly, but someone came to fix it right away. Breakfast is simple & good. There were hot & cold items. I have no complaints. The valet parking with PNC although inside the hotel is not part of the hotel. If it wasn’t so much cheaper than the parking lot I’d say pass on that, but most of the staff was nice & professional. I had an issue using the app to retrieve my car, but I was assisted & it all worked out. Overall experience 8 out of 10!

Staff wasn’t prepared for 3pm check-in. Had to wait around until room was ready. Staff didn’t seem to care.

    2. Gave only 2 towels despite Suite for 4 people. Called x 2, still no towels. 3. Sink - water didnt drain. 4. Bath tub - hair and unclean 5. Toilet - dirty stains 6. Likely uncleaned room 7. AC didnt work 8. Front desk staff - not helpful 9. Breakfast- no words, you're better off fasting 10. Carpet, hotel hallways, elevators smelled bad

There really needs to be more information about parking.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Spacious room. That’s about the only nice thing I can say! Breakfast was just alright. Parking was hard, there’s a valet and we were charged for like $60.

    - The noise coming from below was terrible and kept us awake. We called to be moved but they didn’t have a room until next day. The room also had a strange smell that came from the big hole on the bathroom floor. 2nd night 4 stars: 8th floor - Much better room and less street noise. No smell from the bathroom. Other thoughts: - Breakfast was basic but convenient - Location is amazing and a short walk to Inner Harbor - Parking is $45 per night which is high - Staff was lovely and helpful - Treadmill in the health center was convenient due to heat and rain, but also basic

The staff is excellent. Valet staff was fast and efficient. The breakfast wasn't tasty could use a lot of help. Actually breakfast was the biggest let down. Overall the stay was nice.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. My only issue was the shower. I was in a handicap room and yes I am here. You can have it the shower was part of a bathtub. The water wasn’t real strong, and it dripped from both the hose and the showerhead. The eggs on the breakfast buffet, where some of the best I’ve ever had they were not from a carton. I would say it was a pretty good deal.

The parking situation was confusing. The valet spots outside the hotel were full / had a couple cars parked there already. When trying to park, there is a parking lot immediately next to it that had signs for a hotel parking. It is not affiliated with the hotel and I had to pay parking even though I was there for less than ten minutes. Note that you will not have view of the harbor even if you are on the top floor like we were. All we could see were buildings and rooftops.
