Hotel was very nice. But the only issue I have is I arrived at 11 am, check in was at 1 pm. Even though the room was ready, I was going to be charged an additional $50 for "early check-in". This seems punitive considering the room was already ready. I will not be coming back to this hotel for that reason alone.

Great location, lots to do and see in every direction. The room was amazingly large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a little different every day and the staff was so accommodating and a pleasure to interact with.

Neither were free. Pool area was dingy looking. Didn’t look like water in pool was circulating. Just a big pool of water. Yukk! I paid for a two night stay. We checked in at 3pm and we were out of the facility by 9pm! We left so fast that we inadvertently left items behind that the hotel is charging us to me mailed out! Never again!

Parking scam!! They charged me an extra day of parking after I had left because the parking valet didn't close my ticket until the next day, claiming that I checked out a full day after I had already left.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel location was about a 3 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff was so friendly. I liked that they had a small coffee/tea area at the front. We left early in the morning, so I can't tell you about their breakfast. Im glad I didn't pay for valet. We were only there for 11 hours and it would have been expensive. If you are only staying overnight, like we did, there is a parking garage right across the street that was $13 for 12 hours.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good The pool.was to small. In the picture the pool.look huge, please take the proper size of the swimming pool. The pillows are way to soft.
