Around 1:00 AM, we discovered what appeared to be a bed bug in our bed. We captured it and brought it to the front desk, where staff indicated it was a bed bug. The hotel was fully booked, and no alternative room was available, so we left immediately and drove home. The incident completely disrupted our trip. We also had to take precautions at home, including additional cleaning and replacing personal items, resulting in unexpected expenses. Hotels.com was very helpful and made multiple efforts to contact the property and resolve the situation, but they also received no response. The hotel later conducted an inspection and reported no evidence of bed bugs. While we appreciate the inspection, that does not change what we experienced that night or why we felt it was necessary to leave. One night was refunded, but we do not feel that fully addressed the disruption and expenses. Our biggest concern was the lack of assistance when we reported the issue. We hope the hotel improves how it responds to guest health and safety concerns. Hotels.com was helpful; unfortunately, our experience with the property was very disappointing.

Never stayed there. Went to check in and they had given my room away due to some mix up with a credit card!

Great place nice location and friendly staff

Be prepared to pay $45 for valet parking otherwise you’ll be paying some serious money to park in a parking deck. There is no parking lot at this hotel so you pay additional money for parking. This hotel is located in Downtown Baltimore. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Few blocks from the Inner Harbor, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best(I’ve had better breakfast at other hotels).

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Close to National Aquarium.

They oversold the rooms. The staff repeatedly lied to me when I asked about options. They offered rooms at opposite ends of a hallway which would separate me from my children, the manager refused to talk with me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Might be nice to get some free bottle waters for the room at check- in as they do other places. You have to purchase them in the lobby for $6 a bottle which I thought was expensive. The rooms are incredibly spacious. The valet took a long time to retrieve our vehicle so request for your car early. Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional or poor about it, just your average hotel breakfast. The employees were very courteous and came around asking how everything was and clearing the table for you. I would return and recommend.

Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever “slept” in. Tossed and turned all night and woke up with hips and back hurting. I sleep on a typical coil spring mattress at home, not super finicky or anything. It was awful.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Its in a very convenient location to the inner harbor. Downtown Baltimore can be sketchy, so be smart and careful!

Great Staff

Hotel was very nice. But the only issue I have is I arrived at 11 am, check in was at 1 pm. Even though the room was ready, I was going to be charged an additional $50 for "early check-in". This seems punitive considering the room was already ready. I will not be coming back to this hotel for that reason alone.

Great location, lots to do and see in every direction. The room was amazingly large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a little different every day and the staff was so accommodating and a pleasure to interact with.
