Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I liked the breakfast options until 10 am each morning. The overnight parking is pricey at $49/night. Overall good stay with nice room, good fitness room & breakfast options with short walk to Inner Harbor & other downtown attractions.

I rating this Hampton in against others I’ve stay at recently. The Baltimore Hampton is not what you’d expect if you frequent the franchise. My stay was 4 days and on day 3 I had to call ask when they were going to clean the room. They made up several excuses and ultimate asked if I really needed it done. I said Yes, I’m out of towels and need the trash taken out. They sent someone who swapped towels but that’s it. Let the trash that was overflowing ??? The elevator has serious issues. The key pad doesn’t work correctly and it’s a mess. Every time you go up or down you are taking a chance. The amenities suck. Every night the coffee was empty and when I asked when they were refilling it I got nothing but crappy looks and a “I’m doing that later response”. So lazy. Like the staff couldn’t be bothered with anything customer service related. I will definitely not be staying there again. Lots of other hotels close by. Pick something else.

Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful We should have been notified of the parking situation. We literally parked in a lot but were told by staff to take the car out to do valet. Something could have been written on the reservation form or in the text/email sent prior to check in

Staff was friendly and helpful. The valet was very efficient and professional.

Ms. White at the front desk was very helpful with telling me about the best parking garage nearby. She was very welcoming when I checked in also. I liked everything about my stay.
