Great location. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and made our stay really great

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff were nice, especially the valet staff. Always were greeted at departures and at our arrivals. Parking across the street was easy and convenient. I liked the complimentary fruit infused water in the lobby. Overall, I had a positive experience and will return.

The hotel was fine; however, I was surprised by the “destination” and “property” fees that posted to my credit card a few days after my stay. Expedia needs to make this fee more conspicuous when it posts prices.

The hotel was immaculate amd I especially liked the blackout curtains on the room. It would have been nice to have something in the room or elevator that showed what floor the gym amd laundry facilities were on in the room. I had to use the website to find the information.

I liked this hotel a lot

We had an incredible time during our stay to see Benson Boone. Front desk staff was amazing, Carlton was incredibly helpful & the valet was very kind. Easy location to get around. Definitely recommend!!
-
My only issue is location- and nothing the hotel is doing wrong. There were multiple homeless people within half a block of the hotel, mainly down Cathedral Street. Some were aggressive, confronting my teenage daughter and I. The next couple blocks down had several more, also making our walking a bit concerning. Hotel had no major issues beyond the lobby restaurant ("Poets...') being a bit slow to prepare food. Staff at front desk were very engaging and helpful.

The hotel was nice but the surrounding area was not at its best. The room had nice view it so did other people of you inside your room.

The works was not to helpful we got in at night and then unsure what the additional charges are if you only showed and sleep was never in the room

And Jameson was a great bartender. We ate most of our meals there because they were better than the other places we tried. I don’t know why it’s rated as a 3 star when it’s close to or is a 5 star.

Well maintained property. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and decent. The downside was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, our room was not vacuumed during our 5 day stay and weren’t made aware the option to have a microwave for the stay for an additional $10.

The first room they put us in had visible hair on linens and pillows. It was disgusting. I complained to the front desk and they put us in different room that had a non working overhead bathroom light. They had to call the maintenance to fix it.

The staff all over the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and all of the staff in the restaurant were extremely nice and welcoming. I'll definitely stay again on my visit next month.
