Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown by IHG

I really appreciate the fact that it was a 24 hour hotel, because the train I took to Baltimore was extremely late. Staff was very helpful and I was able to head to bed right away.

Enjoyed stay at hotel Indigo Baltimore. Staff was accommodating and restaurant on premises was a plus. Carpets however in hallway should be replaced and onsite pool would have been great.

One had a microwave the other didn't. Both had two tvs. Very convenient location. Restaurant staff is the best.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was in good location for gong to the Walters Museum. Room was dark, but otherwise ok. Nicely renovated bathroom.

My stay was great. My room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a renovated room according to the hotel staff. The staff at the Poets restaurant on the first floor were excellent - friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. The parking garage across the street was very convenient.

Very nice hotel! The area is not the best, but overall it’s a beautiful view from the window, the staff was kind, the parking situation if iffy but not bad. Clean hotel but i will say there was no microwave, That was the only bad thing about it.

Great stay at Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The Mt. Vernon location made it easy to explore the city, and the on‑site restaurant was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again.

If your looking for a dog friendly hotel this a very nice one. My dog loved the treats in the lobby.

Overall good hotel

This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!

Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and location is perfect for where ever you are visiting in city. Parking is always a plus too.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of my room. I have stayed at Indigo properties before, but this one was on another level. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and the restaurant on the property was delicious and the band was excellent.
