it was only a 23 min walk to the harbor hearing every car hit a metal plate outside of the establishment. when trying to sleep

My room lost power so I could not use the air conditioner, tv and half the outlets and lights. The front desk was to have someone there 24 hours. I tried three times and no one responded. Also, the ice machine did not work.

Ordered a Queen size was given a smaller bed. Wasn’t offered a refund, requested support and they denied my refund when I have picture proof about the sized difference between their ‘Queen’ size bed vs an actual Queen size bed

The fridge didn't work, shower is small and crowded, tv has not many channels to view. Decor looks from the 50's.

Staff was friendly. Fourth floor stay with no elevators in the building was upsetting, but nothing to be done after the fact. A/C units worked very well. Nearby mini-mart was a great convenience. Bathroom towels could be replaced; hardly dried any water after a shower.

The welcome was friendly, but very basic stuff was not. Stains on furniture, unwashed towels, etc... it was good value but you definitely get what you pay for. Sad really, because if it was clean it would be worth double the price and it wouldn't be that hard.

The guy behind the desk who checked us in was great...very helpful. The room, amenities, etc. were not good at all.

The place was very dirty, still had clothes left behind from previous guest, cracked and broken plaster in multiple places, hadn’t been vacuumed, bed sheets were suspect, the door safety lock had to be adjusted to work, the building was not locked, and the added bonus, plexiglass windows. The good The counter guy was nice, the room door was metal, the AC worked, the shower had plenty flow and hot water

Good: the bed was comfortable, sheets clean, cold AC in the room, hot shower, light up bathroom mirror, fridge in room, bus stops within minutes, George Washington Monument steps away, restaurants & stores steps away. The hotel clerk was great, anything I asked for he helped. He got me ice every morn, towels, carried my suitcase up.

This was the grossest hotel room I have ever seen. Furniture was dirty, electrical didn’t work, locks were broken and smoke detectors were hanging from the ceilings not working. Towels were stained, rugs were filthy and the kicker was there was a knife shoved into a chair cushion in the lobby. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful enough but this hotel should be shut down and abandoned immediately.

This Inn, is a classic inn, with very minimum amenities. Very few towels provided, very little soap. Just be prepared to come with your own stuff. My room had two cockroaches in it. But generally a clean place. No laundry, no ironing board or iron. This is a great place to stay for one night.

This place was nasty. The bathroom door didn’t close. The trim was missing from the was around the door, The room door didn’t close or open well. We paid waaaaay too much money for the dump this place was. Side note- the guy at the front seat was nice. Otherwise- stay somewhere else.

Convenient location to meeting No breakfast or coffee

This place was cute but got some fixing up to do. I wasn’t expecting a luxury experience and neither should you but for a quick night in the city it’s not bad at all. The railing for the main stairs doesn’t offer much support and there is no elevator. The towels were stained but the bedding wasn’t bad. Didn’t see any bed bugs. For the price in the middle of the city it’s a good stay.

Everything was clean, simple amenities were provided, but it's solidly a 2-star hotel.
