We had booked a suite with two beds and a sleeper sofa. When we arrived at the hotel, the employee at the front desk said they did not have that type of room available. Instead, all they had was a room with a single bed and a couch. We went with that, lacing other options. When the employee charged the room to my credit card, the rate was about $350 more than the rate I had reserved online. She said it would be fixed upon checkout, that the original rate would be applied, and that she would offer us a $50 discount because of the room mixup. The room itself was in rough shape, with chipped paint on the ceilings and what appeared to be mold spots. Upon checkout, I asked about the rate mixup. The employee at the front desk (different from the night before) said she would not be able to offer the $50 discount, but was able to fix the rate mixup and apply the original priced that had been booked online. Still, we ended up with a different room than we had reserved and we’re almost charged an unreasonable rate to do so.

Primero No reserven aquí.

Greeted by amazing front staff, check in was easy, king suite was clean and comfortable and spacious. Shower was hot with good pressure but did leak through opening in shower so needed extra floor towels which were available by housekeeping. Breakfast was good having a waffle maker and multiple grain options like cereal breads and muffins. On day 1 they had veggie and turkey items available but not on the next 2 of our 3 night stay. Because of this we explored the neighboring options in the Lexington Market which is located basically on the same strip but you will have to navigate native Baltimorians and you are visiting which I'm sure is as entertaining to them as they will be to you but only if you are down to earth and mind your business you will be cool. This is a major public transit area. Springhill Suites is in walking distance to the Harbor with good walking shoes and I even got a tan. Day 2 got a public transit day pass. Hotel was located across from the Hippodrome theater with many stores in the area. Although the neighborhood is not the best, the hotel itself and it's staff really made us feel like we were in a resort. Bar was available 5pm to 10pm but no pool sadly. There was Valet parking and they were also very friendly. Operation of this hotel was appreciated and I have no complaints.

Big room, beds were very comfortable. Well kept and clean. Surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was a nice benefit!

The complimentary breakfast was an great kick off for our day. The room was the perfect size, clean and had all we needed. The shower was very nice - large glass stall which is a nice feature. Parking was across the street. It was not clear on our booking that the hotel didn't ha c e their own lot.

Love the hotel design decor. Staff was very friendly even the cooks. I was late for breakfast and the gentleman was still willing to make the egg frittatas . The location of the hotel is not the best. I’m assuming there is a homeless shelter or transition house across the street. There are individuals struggling with drug addiction and vagrants everywhere. You can’t change the location, so not much can been done until the city decides to make major changes that positively impacts the citizens of Baltimore.

I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Room Crime outside. 12 stabbing, one shooting. Absurd location. My travel agency sent me emails about the danger while there.

Nice hotel, good service Bad area, valet is expensive and the only logical solution for parking.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Comfortable and large room. Helpful staff responsive. Ok breakfast. The area outside does not feel safe to walk around. Valet parking is $45.

Great hotel but be careful where you walk. One block in the wrong direction and you can find yourself in a bad neighborhood.
