I didn’t even stay here and was charged. The area is not great. I was traveling with kids and did not feel this was a safe area for my kids. Expedia is not refunding me my money neither is the hotel. Last time using expedia

So over all my stay was great room beautiful hotel beautiful. Staff friendly and talkative …..The issue is the company they use for valet parking. We checked in at 4pm and was told valet parking was from 7am to 11pm. We came back down at 530 to venture out for dinner took 30-45 mins to retrieve the car. We returned back to the hotel at approximately 1030pm and was informed the only valet was gone for the night. The receptionist took our key and stated that in the morning the staff will move. Our car sat in front of the hotel with 4 other cars. I then proceeded to retrieve our keys and request a refund. The hotel can not request a refund because parking is through a contract. The young man Terrone proceeded to say only my manger can do a refund. I then asked for his managers name and number and he said I can’t give that to you. I said ok because google will provide me with the information. Overall parking was a nightmare and the contracted company makes the review lower. Paying 45.00 for piss poor service is not acceptable. So self park is a better option.

The immediate area is less to be desired.

Great experience, 100% would recommend and stay there again!

Also, if valet is backed up, you may need to park in the garage across the street and walk back to the hotel. Once we were inside the hotel, though, we felt very comfortable. The staff, rooms, and overall experience were excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.
-
The staff were great. They had many amenities, including a hosting event with drinks and appetizers while we were there. That stated: it was the little foxes that could have spoiled the vine for this trip. Meaning the small things overlooked in the room. Cons - I don't believe the room was ideally cleaned prior to our stay. The shower had evidence of soap scum, and worse: there was an unopened packet of M&M's left in a bowl, and it was wedged on the tray that holds the ice bucket. That made it seem like a welcome gift from the hotel but it wasn't. God forbid a family stays in the room and their child eats those M&M's, because the person who left them could've done anything to them. - The door on our wardrobe was broken, so it wouldn't close properly. - There were hairs in the bathroom sink. We tackled it ourselves with Clorox wipes to ensure it was sanitary to use. Pros: - Absolutely great, up-high view of Baltimore City! That was wonderful! - The ENTIRE valet staff was phenomenal! Excellent customer service, friendly, and speedy. The rates were not bad for the service either, especially considering Balti.ore is a pretty pricey city. - Lots of restaurants nearby. The famous Lexington Market is there (get the crab cake platter!) Overall we'd stay there again, but definitely check for cleanliness price to settling in.
