The hotel being close to the convention center was a plus, but the room had a smell. Great staff!

Location Waited in line to check -in for ivermectin and hour, even though we had done online early check-in. They should have had a separate line for people that did that. Our room had graffiti on the headboard and other items were broken or falling apart. The shower was dirty.

Nice base of operations for a brief stay in a city I'd never visited before. Centrally located with conscientious staff.

Convenient location, close to the M&T stadium and to bars and restaurants

I would opt for other hotels nearby unless cost is the only consideration. Sink outside the bathroom, card readers are finicky, parking is expensive and the elevator is broken, the hot water takes a while and whines loudly throughout your shower. The staff was wonderfully helpful and it's very centrally located. Just not a very nice stay otherwise.

The hotel itself was okay in spite of itself. I requested a pillow and bed sheet multiple times, at the counter and hotel staff walking the halls. The girl at the counter even wrote a note on her arm the one time to make sure it happened friday night. The first night I made due with the 3 towels in the room as blanket and pillow when nothing arrived well after midnight. The breakfast was a joke and all of the security doors were so secure that it didn't work for nearly anyone who was supposed to be there. The phone in the room never worked, and made calling room service impossible. The room itself wasn't bad, the bed was no where near a king, and the pull out couch is handy other than not having any bedding for it. for few extra bucks, I would definitely have stayed somewhere else. with all of the traveling we are doing these days, I appreciate that the hotel wanted to make sure we had a silly story to remember it, but when I was there to play a competitive game, getting a good night sleep was an expensive missplay with this hotel.

Terrible no rooms available up to 2 am. Expidia would not do anything about I was told they run out of options. I was left at a random city w 3 minors and room was not ready when I did check in.would never book another night with expidia

Our stay was okay. It was quiet enough to sleep well, and the sheets were clean, which was a plus. However, the room was in need of a serious renovation or a deep clean. For example, the headboard material was peeling, revealing graffiti scratched into it by previous guests. The floor carpet was stained and appeared dirty, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling that seemed to have been painted over as a quick fix, but it is still coming through. Honestly, I expected more for the price and the location. I would not recommend staying here with a child. Furthermore, we were told at the front desk that parking would be $38, but we were charged $50.

The hotel itself did have a few things that could use improvement. Of the several ice machines, only one seemed to be working, which was a little inconvenient. The pool was also disappointing because although the hotel advertises having a pool, it looked like it had not been used or maintained in quite some time. That being said, the staff was so kind, professional, and accommodating in every other aspect that I do not feel those issues outweigh the overall experience. They helped us when we really needed somewhere to stay, treated us well, and made us feel welcome. I would still recommend this hotel, especially because of the customer service, and I hope management addresses the maintenance issues because the staff deserves a property that matches the level of service they provide.

However, if you are staying here during an event night, make sure to allow plenty of time for check-in, as it can be lengthy when there is only one staff member at the front desk. Also, there is no parking directly on the premises. You have to drive around to the back to park, and there is an additional parking fee.

The bed was comfortable . My room was quiet. The long slow line at check it. I could not understand why the hotel was not prepared for a busy check in on Saturday evening. You did not have enough staff on hand. The continental breakfast was lousy .
