Gym had no air conditioner Room had old appearance, bed head pealing, sinks and shower rods dirty/rusted. Soap super small. TV signal lost twice in the same night. Hallway (6th floor behind elevator) with broken ceiling showing old pipe and floor had a dimple. Lobby with no AC also. Advertised coffee place not open Pictures online did not reflext the actual state of the hotel.

Staff was helpful

There were people in sleep infront of the hotel. Also people drugs and big cockroaches were outside the building. This was a very scary experience for me and my 12 year old daughter.

Didn't say anywhere that you had to be 21 to check in

Smelled of cigarettes and weed. Room floors were stained. Pool was closed in June. Breakfast wasn’t even breakfast, it was bread and bagels with no cream cheese. Don’t list it as breakfast if that’s all it is. Received random charge for safe which they said you will get whether or not you use it. It wasn’t even inexpensive the one night we were there.

The Days Inn Inner Harbor at Baltimore has been where we have stayed four times over four years. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of the Inner Harbor and other sites which we wanted to visit. The desk clerk has always been very helpful and personable. We were last there when the city was visited by the Tall Ships for the country's 250 anniversary. Too my surprise there were plenty of rooms in the Hotel. It was quiet with no room doors slamming or guests talking in the hallway. Room service is only every two or three days. The place could use a renovation to bring it up to date. Breakfast, which has been well attended in the past, was also quite quiet. It has gone from scrambled eggs with bacon was reduced to a two types of cold cereal, two types of fruit, a very small container of yogurt and a muffin or toasted bagel. Even though it was a hot June, the Hotel's pool doesn't look like it has been used for over a year. We will continue to stay there because it is conveniently located. Its just not what it use to be.

This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.

It was fine for a quick overnight

Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!
-
Good stay clean room too many young folks that was in lobby area didn’t like that
-
Great location if you are seeing a show at the basketball arena. Staff was kind but they were clearly understaffed and property was cleanish but dated. Would stay again for a concert

THE STAY WAS GOOD. STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

But room ac not working
-
Worst experience I’ve had by a long shot. My room wasn’t ready until 10:30PM. AC broken during a hot and humid day in June. Staff carried a rude demeanor, wasn’t accommodating, and was not hospitable at all. Great location, but terribly managed. All my friends were horrified by my experience. I won’t be coming back. I’m not being hyperbolic, this is the only bad review I’ve ever written.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days while I was in town for a conference. Housekeeping did not come to our room once and our key cards rarely worked. I was constantly down at the front desk asking them to reset my key card, and staff were incredibly dismissive and rude.

I stand behind my 1st review it’s a bed for the night..at least this time the plumbing wasn’t back up, the sink water only worked at 1 temperature and shower allowed you to take a bath at the same time!.
-
Terrible place. Filthy water and cockroaches everywhere. I asked for my money back.
