Staff was friendly. Rooms were very dated but clean. Exterior windows were filthy. The free breakfast was not even close to on par with other similar chains. Just a bagel and a yogurt. Hallways were dimly l

Clean room, good staff, reasonable parking lot. But the parking fee is expensive.

It was a good location to walk to the ballpark and the aquarium. The “free” breakfast was very disappointing.

I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable sleep. Not thrilled with the old bathroom and old tub. NO HAIR DRYER??? Are you kidding me?? No phone in room to call down to front desk for one. Had to walk to front desk with wet hair to ask for one only to say they would send one up. For $300 a night, I expected at least a hair dryer.

Good location for walking to Camden Yards stadium. Hotel room disappointing. Lamp shade broken , lamp shades dusty, back of bed damaged found cockroach in bathroom. Breakfast mediocre and not enough tables or chairs to sit.

Stain on the rug Beds were comfort which is what really mattered to us. We were just here for a place to stay between 2 ball games. But for over $350 for the night I would have expected alittle more

For $300+ I figured, maybe this isn't the old Days Inn, but in fact it was, just some surge pricing in effect. The best I'll say is that the sheets and bathroom were clean, staff were helpful, and the free breakfast was actually pretty OK (even if the bagels were weirdly individually wrapped in plastic wrap). However, the carpet was dingy and the headboard is deteriorating such that bits of black/gold paint were flaking off onto the pillows, and the bottom of the bathroom door was missing a lot of paint -- so, shabbier than average. Our corner room was quiet, and the location worked really well for us and our specific plans, but of course there are many places to stay in the Inner Harbor. Circa 2005 Cable TV fine for flipping channels, AC and wifi work, good hot water. Pool is currently closed for renovation. Basically everything you'd expect from a standard 2-star hotel and nothing more. Thank you to the staff who did a great job, the property could just use renovation.

What I did not like. Mold in bathroom. Room smelled like pee. Air condition very noisy when running. Hard to sleep. Outside noise traffic and sirens constantly. No pool, no restaurant. Told at check in parking was 38 dollars a day. Wow. Breakfast really bad. Poor. Coffee out of canister warm not hot. Buns were stale not fresh. No maid service for 3 days. No fresh towels, No garbage removal. Trip hazard outside going to garage on walkway ATM machine broken. I will never come back. Management needs an upgrade.

Staff were very nice. Looks like hotel ownership has let the property go. Great location for Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. Steve B.

Hotel restaurant appears to be permanately closed. Pool was closed. Hotel was overbooked and they did not evwn have the decency to walk me to another hotel. I was left to find my own lodging after 9pm. Avoid this place at all costs.
-
The carpet was filthy and there was a mouse in our room. The staff was not terribly concerned and because we booked through Expedia, they weren't able to provide a refund.
-
Quiet and within walking distance from the convention center

Chosen for the location and for that, it served its intended purpose/ very convenient to where we needed to be. Kind of disappointed with the condition of the room- carpet was sticky and stained, barely any hot water or shower pressure- shower was stained on the interior. And while a pool was not necessary, there really wasn’t much else available- no restaurant / the “ breakfast “ was pretty much wrapped up bagels and pastries that you could grab and go.

Smelled like a giant mold spore

The room and the hotel are clean. It is very dated and probably due for some sprucing up. The air was not working well in the lobby. The staff were very nice but you can tell they are understaff and needed help with checking in. I would come back again. The pool was closed. The parking garage next door was clean well lit and easy to navigate.

The hotel was convient for getting to Camden Yards. Did not like the homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks by the hotel. Hotel was not dirty but is in need of a facelift. The ice machine on our floor was not working. The security system immediately says the area is dangerous. the staff were polite friendly and efficient.

I mean. It’s not super expensive but definitely not worth the price. A/C wasn’t cooling the room. Asked to have it looked at around 5:30 on the way to the baseball game. Got back at 10:00 and still wasn’t working. 10:30 they came up and said they had another room for us (we were already getting in to bed). Just not the most comfortable or clean place I’ve stayed.
