Difficultly parking in the garage since no one was out there to give us a ticket to Park in the garage. However after the game we got a brick oven pizza and it was delicious! The guys working were very nice and friendly. Pizza was ready in 5 minutes.

Everything was easy from the parking, check in and distance to Camden Yards. The park was just a block away and it was a nice stroll to the Inner Harbor. Plenty of options for a quick bite and coffee, to an upscale dining experience or even pregame experience with other fans. Will absolutely be our choice of places to stay when visiting.

We go there and the air conditioning did not work. Also they had to replace the T.V. The toilet did not flush all the way. Plus there was no

The staff were super friendly. It was a clean room with a great view. Only 2 blocks from Camdan Yards, so an easy walk to an Orioles game. There wasn't an ice machine on the 2nd floor, but the staff downstairs were super helpful in getting us ice. Will definitely stay here if going to another Orioles game in the future!

Hotel was nice. I asked them to put me in a room not close to the elevator and they put me next to the mechanical room. It was so loud I had to switch rooms at 1:30 am. Not ideal. Kind of an older hotel that could use renovations.

    Great housekeeping

Great location if you are attending a MLB Orioles game. Under construction was the only downfall but want can you do.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Couldn't check in until 2AM due to insane long lines. I would NEVER stay there again....EVER!!!

Stayed for 1 night for a concert at M&T. Hotel was totally unprepared for the mass number of guests even though the concert date was announced in October so no surprise and to add insult to injury the man at the hotel said " Morgan Wallen sold out the whole city" There was PLENTY of time for management to prepare for the 2 nights. There was NO management on site to ease the frustration or offer any kind of help to the over worked staff. The list goes on and on but if you are coming for a big event make sure you are on line early to check in.

We were part of the Morgan Wallen Camden Yards Mess. Spent half of our trip to Baltimore to see the concert waiting in line for 4 hours to check into the hotel. They had no clean rooms. There were probably 4-500 people waiting around the same amount of time. Staff was rude, refused to tell anyone what was going on, and the lines for check in were worse than mismanaged, they were not managed. We missed our meetup in the afternoon. I couldn’t take my wife to her birthday dinner. And when we finally got our room at 7pm there were no clean towels. Front desk told me to go back and wait in the check in line for towels. Unreal. I will NEVER go back to this location and I might be done with Marriott all together

Hotel overbooked and had difficulty turning rooms over. Large concert two nights in a row, the facility should have been prepared for the large turnover. Check in line was hours long. Hotel had previously reached out and offered early check in and when we arrived said it was no longer an option. The front desk staff handled the chaos to the best of their ability but it was a truly disappointing experience.

We were there for the Morgan Wallen concert and the place was a train wreck. Their parking garage was full, so we had to park in another garage down the street which was more money. When we finally got to check in ( the lines were crazy, it took over an hour) we thought we got a parking voucher, but ending up paying to park again in their garage. The first garage stated to move vehicle by 2:00 am, so after the concert we moved to the Marriott parking garage. The staff checking us in did not explain that and she wasn't very friendly.

The check in line was over 3.5 hours long and never even had a chance to check in. It was wrapped clear through the lobby. Unbelievably the worst service I’ve ever witnessed. They had a high volume event and were short on staff is what they said.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

We stayed for the Morgan Wallen concert and the check in procedure was absolutely horrible. We waited in line for over 3 hours to check in.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

What happened instead was a disaster. We stood in line for 2 hours just to check in, which did not happen. There were no rooms available because they were still being cleaned. The hotel lobby had hundreds of people in it. The check in lines were out the lobby door. We had to get dressed in the lobby bathroom and ended up putting our luggage back in the car to attend our event. We ended up checking into our room at midnight. I would expect a hotel that is located next door to 2 professional sporting venues (Camden Yards and M&T Stadium) would be better equipped for large amounts of people trying to get checked in. I do not recommend this hotel if you have an event to attend.

My stay at this hotel was a debacle. My family and I came for the Morgan Wallen concert on Saturday. We arrived to the hotel lobby around 2pm to find a long line of approximately 15 people waiting at the front desk. We stood in line for 2 hours waiting to get to the desk for check-in. Apparently the staff didnt have enough time to clean the rooms between the Fri night guests and the Saturday afternoon guests. There was another Morgan Wallen concert on Fri and the staff was overwhelmed. The lobby was full of hundreds of people, no one giving any information to the crowd, no leadership and no organization. We finally got to the front only to he told we would be texted when our room was ready. We had to get ready for the concert in a hallway of the banquet rooms and then had a security guard tell me I couldnt use a empty table for my belongings because it wasn't "sanitary "? What?!?!? We never received a text to notify us of a room and just went back to the hotel after the concert, at 1230am, and was just given a key. No apologies, no regret. Im a Marriott rewards member but this was something I have never experienced. This hotel is in the center of M&T stadium, Camden Yards, and the Inner Harbor. They should have hospitality down to a science. It appeared the Hilton across the street had no problem accommodating the large.crowds. We would've been better off there. Ill definitely remember that next time as will likely 1000 other guests from this weekend.

There was a large concert taking place at M&T Bank Stadium. The hotel was not well prepared for the guests and we waited in line for hours to check in. Rooms were not ready when they should have been. Our room wasn’t clean upon check in and the bed didn’t even have sheets on it! Terrible experience

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Only two towels for four people, and when we called for more towels, we were told “we’ll try. The linen hasn’t been delivered yet.” Discussed with manager who was very apologetic and gave us a voucher for food.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Took us close to 3 hours to check in. How is that acceptable.

Place was fine. Staff and check in process was a nightmare.
