Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards

Very nice hotel. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious with a view of the city. The staff was friendly and professional during our entire stay. They were always willing to answer any questions and make recommendations. We were able to enjoy the Marriott members breakfast which was outstanding. I would choose this hotel for my stay again without hesitation.

The entire Staff at the Marriott Inner Harbor was amazing, in particular a gentleman named Winston who went above and beyond to help us with our luggage from our room to our car which was in the garage.

The toilets in the rooms on the 6th floor are loose. They make noise that can be heard two rooms down when anyone sits on them

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and always read to help. Staff always greeted you and spoke with you. Treated you like family and not just another person. I have been all over the world and wish other hotels we like this one. Nothing

The property is run down. No cold air from the air conditioner. The Orioles were playing- lots of people in town- only one elevator was working the whole time. Ridiculous! Not what I expected from a Marriott property.

The walk to the stadium was easy and well lit. The hotel was also close to the harbor. There was a free water fountain that we used to refill our water bottles. I liked that they had a little concenience store for guests. Staff was friendly. I also liked how you needed your room card to come in through the side entrance or go up the elevator. It made me feel a little safer. For the price of the hotel they really should have complimentary breakfast. I liked that they had quick food and a microwave at the snack bar but having to interrupt staff to buy stuff felt like I was being bothersome cause I could see how busy they were. Perhaps a self pay option would be cool.

Rooms were updated from previous year. Looks very nice & clean. Down side was only one elevator was operational. There was a long wait for the elevator after the Orioles game.

Staff where extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant. Only one of four elevators working after a walkoff win by the Orioles. (Walkoff as in all 40,000 fans left the ball park at the same time) Our room was on the sixth floor. One in our party utilizes a walker. We waited over 45 minutes for a car only to have another in our party panic when attempting to enter the car because of the amount of people trying to get on. My 71 year old mother was forced to walk up six flights of stairs. I was unable to locate adequate working vending machines after searching every floor via the stairs to purchase a snack for them to take nightly medication.

It was very busy the day I checked in. The lines move fast but I was not told anything about the hotel at check in. I later asked about breakfast. Breakfast was nice. Food was good. The room was easy to find.

We had such a wonderful stay! The entire staff was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The level of customer service really stood out and made our stay that much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a hotel where the entire team is this wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, particularly if you are going to Orioles Park. Housekeeping is a bit sketchy. Had to call upon maintenance for multiple items.

Our room was clean and newly renovated. Staff is ok at the front desk. She seemed distracted when checking us in.

They did some maintenance on the hotel and everything looks great. The rooms are nice, shower is lovely, and the building is more secure. The restaurants and the market are a big plus. Will definitely stay here again. One thing that they do need in the rooms are a microwave. Had to go downstairs and use the microwave in the market. If you want to go to see the Orioles and Ravens play this is a great hotel. If you want to explore Baltimore this is a great hotel. It is right by the MARC train in Camden and close to light rail.

Beautiful and clean room

Very nice hotel. Although we didn't get the room we had booked,the staffwas very accommodating and fixed the problem right away to a very nice upgrade room. A mistake is just what it is "a mistake ". Things happen and my husband and I both were in no way upset about it. The staff was pleasant and kind. The sign in the lobby did say that the hotel is going through something renovations. Still a very nice hotel. I have stayed at this location numerous times in the past. So yes I would recommend it to anyone.
