My room has either no hot water halfway through shower or no water at all. Response time were unacceptable - about 45 minutes after calling the front desk 4 times. Front desk staffs were not welcoming. Waited for about 1/2 an hour to check-in. Takes 15 minutes to check me in despite I've reserved my room 6 months ago. Can't print receipt when asked and promised to email it to me - still pending. Worst Marriott hotel I stay so far.

Water wasn’t the hottest when taking showers. I’m thinking this was due to renovations. The room was great. Comfortable bed and nice floors. Elevators were fast and secure.

Our group chose to stay at this location due to its proximity to Camden Yards. With a location adjacent to the stadium you would think the hotel was well versed in handling crowds. NOPE!! Oh you paid for an early “2pm” check in…NOPE try 11:45pm. (yes…I said PM…and people still didn’t get the rooms they reserved) “Oh you want towels in your room??” NOPE. Here friend group of 6 travelers…just everyone squeeze into this one lone room (complete with renovation painters tape marks noting items that still need to be fixed)…just make it work…Ohhhh some people paid $420 while others in the group booked for $250….Chaos…Havoc…messy! This is only 1/2 of my complaints…never again!!

It seems the hotel is being slowly remodeled, however, the AC in our room did not work. Was told nonsense about it not effectively working when set at 60 and it would work when set at 65. Finally moved to new room with marginally better AC after 10 pm. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Camden Yards.

Great location to go to Ravens or Oriole's games. Close walk to the harbor. Still renovating, but very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy and provided a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

The portion of the property that I stayed in was beautiful, freshly renovated. The hotel is currently under renovation so that should be a consideration, but for me it wasn't an issue.
