Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center

We had a rough start with a delay in our room availability, but Jai and Yolanda the general manager were dedicated to making our stay the best considering the circumstances.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in excellent proximity to Camden Yards!

Staff was amazing but the room was terrible and they clearly have a lot of plumbing and maintenance issues

* Television options limited. * No Internet access on the tv, so no streaming. *Mattresses need replaced. **Proximity to stadium and Inner harbor make it very desirable. **Likely to stay again.

Amazing hotel, walk to orioles stadium. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Clean, clean, clean. Definitely another visit!

It seems the sheets were not washed properly or changed. I did realized till we got in late at night.

Spacious rooms and very clean! Awesome location with comfortable beds and no street noise. The courtyard was wonderful to sit outside and you can bring your dog! Staff is amazing and so nice.

too many people trying to eat breakfast .... the waiting was too long and hardly anything left. overall the food was good.

Location is great but everything was not impressive. No self park and had to wait over 45 minutes to get my car from valet. Multiple things in the room broken,

Staff was great do to a ball game the day we arrived a lot was going on the only thing is our room was not ready until 6pm and check in was at 3 so we had nowhere to get ready but other then that the place was great clean and nice

The staff was all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and we always love when there are two flavors of waffle batter. Lots of space for everyone to sit. The valet was expensive, but they were very quick and helpful about making sure our car was in the shade when the temperature was hitting 105° that day! We slept well, because it was very quiet, and the bed was comfy!

The valet was a disaster. There were stretches when no one was available at all to help. Also, we came back one night and were told they were full up and wouldn’t be able to take our car. This occurred even though we were staying there and had already paid for the day. We ended up having to park in the garage of a neighboring hotel and had to pay to park there as well.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful - I loved the valet service since parking is at a premium in that area. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Overall the property location is why I would book this hotel again, 3 blocks from the hospital, the outdoor patio area in front and Pickles Pub next door.
