Convenient for attending the Oriole's game
-
Beautiful city and great time at the baseball game go Yankees!
-
too many people trying to eat breakfast .... the waiting was too long and hardly anything left. overall the food was good.
-
Location is great but everything was not impressive. No self park and had to wait over 45 minutes to get my car from valet. Multiple things in the room broken,
-
Staff was great do to a ball game the day we arrived a lot was going on the only thing is our room was not ready until 6pm and check in was at 3 so we had nowhere to get ready but other then that the place was great clean and nice
-
The staff were super helpful and the room so really clean
-
The staff was all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and we always love when there are two flavors of waffle batter. Lots of space for everyone to sit. The valet was expensive, but they were very quick and helpful about making sure our car was in the shade when the temperature was hitting 105° that day! We slept well, because it was very quiet, and the bed was comfy!

Location We loved everything
-
It was located perfectly right infront of the Orioles stadium and downtown. Our room was ready right away and the room was spacious and very clean. We had an issue with the window shade not coming down and they sent someone right away to fix it. Free breakfast was a major plus. Parking was expensive.
-
The valet was a disaster. There were stretches when no one was available at all to help. Also, we came back one night and were told they were full up and wouldn’t be able to take our car. This occurred even though we were staying there and had already paid for the day. We ended up having to park in the garage of a neighboring hotel and had to pay to park there as well.
-
parking issue was the wait for the car when checking out the valie was awesome but she was alone at 645 am and we waited over an hour to get our car which i feel is too long. they should make sure at check out and check in there are more people working one person is not acceptable when there was at least 5 couples waiting for there cars again the parking needs more help
-
The staff here was so friendly and helpful - I loved the valet service since parking is at a premium in that area. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Great and friendly customer service N/a

Overall the property location is why I would book this hotel again, 3 blocks from the hospital, the outdoor patio area in front and Pickles Pub next door.
-
The staff went above and beyond and the room was large and spacey and super comfy pillows. Also they had great breakfast options.

I am a diabetic.I came there to get away.I have my own place, but I cannot sleep at home.So I came there to get some peace But I have a problem sleeping so when I get up and go to the bathroom the\nToilet , do not flush like a norman toilet do i have to hold it about 2 minutes. So now I can't go back to sleep and that was a problem I do not like the food the people was nice. The hotel was nice and clean.\n I do not like the way the kitchen look. Ed the refrigerator was too small.
-
My room was immaculate! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hampton Inn without hesitation.
-
Location was great, just around the corner from the convention centre and across the street from the baseball stadium. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nothing special but served the purpose. The floor in the shower was slippery
-
Friendly staff. Clean property. Nice breakfast with a lively attendant. Great location especially for an Orioles or Ravens game.
