Bangor Aviator Hotel, BW Premier Collection

Staff, lots of pillows Pool was chilly, paying for parking, curtains were difficult to move

Extremely helpful staff regarding rental car and airport operations. Bathroom door stuck pretty badly in our room. Rooms kind of small but cant beet the convenience factor.

Clean, comfortable & convenient.

Five stars all the way.

It was there No laundry services

This hotel is close & convenient as well as generally maintained for cleanliness. The only downside is the very small bathroom with bathtub.

Great staff and breakfast too.

Location

Great property! Super convenient location and really nice room.

Great for staying close to the airport - especially for an early morning flight. Great room with lots of space.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable , staff were helpful. We were flying out the next morning and staff were available to check us out. Huge perk was the catwalk connecting hotel to airport.I do wish there was better signage for the entrance. The hotel uses airport parking and after parking there is slight confusion as to where the entrance is for first time guests. There possibly could have been signs they just weren’t obvious.

Great location

Exceptional

I had one room; my sister and niece had the adjacent one, as requested. Our rooms were spotless, quiet, clean, and we were impressed by the comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Nice property. I thought the price was a little bit high. I wish there had been specials, especially since I reserved two rooms. Also, I think the carpet should be removed from the passageway from the hotel to the airport. It's hard to roll suitcases on. Other than that, happy with the location and stay.

Due to a flight cancellation we were stranded in Boston, made it by bus to Banger late. Aviator had a room and were very accommodating. In hotel restaurant had great food. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient hotel. It was clean and the staff were super kind.

Our flight was delayed so our arrival was 1:45am, yet we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness.

Great breakfast and server.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. I think they are way overpriced but if you need to get up early and get to the airport it's convenient to just walk across the sky walk to the airport. I booked thru Hotels.com and it said check out time was 12pm and they came knocking at our door at 11pm saying we missed the check out time at 11am. Thankfully I had my receipt showing the 12pm checkout so we didn't get charged. This time our flight was not until 345pm and didn't want to wait and extra hour in the airport for our flight. But we had to scramble and get out of the room. They should at least add late checkout times for just this reason. I was going to cancel this room since our flight was cancelled but we were not sure my husband could go on this trip until a week before. At this time we would lose our money spent because they said it was to late to cancel for a refund. It could of saved us more money for out trip. So not really happy.

Excellent location. Food in the restaurant has improved. The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced. The toilitries in the bathroom have been reduced
