Very good

Price and proximity to BGR airport good. Things I didn't like: the bed - old spring type mattress. - sore back. While they have a restaurant on premise, it was Saturday and they had live music which some people might like, but I like to eat dinner in a quieter spot. Luckily, there was a mexican restaurant within walking distance.

My father passed away few days before my stay and they wouldn't show grace or empathy for a refund or partial refund

We had some issues with weather getting into Bangor so we had to change check in times, staff was kind about everything and held our reservation The restaurant was very good Service was pleasant the meal, baked stuffed haddock and fish and chips were excellent The room was fine, bed was comfortable We weren't in the room except to sleep, since we were up for a funeral but we were pleased with the accommodations and would stay again if need be Our room wasn't made up but we didn't notice the placard on the door to put out for that service, I just thought it was the do not disturb sign So, be aware that you need to put it out if you want service

Great hotel, we stayed there as we went to a concert and they even had a shuttle service that brought us to the venu and back, this was awesome as we did not need to worry about parking at the concert. Staff was very friendly. Only bad thing I have to say is the hotel is a bit older, however very well maintained and service was great. I would definitely book this hotel again if I am on the area

Okay hotel and what we needed for a night Sketchy looking crowds of people hanging out on the property, gross stains on carpets, dirty undewear and trash on the floor in the hallway

Worked for our Motorcycle ride, property is dated but clean

Great pool, convenient location, easy (and ample) parking, and the restaurant was great too (and we played Scattergories!). The room was a bit dated, but it did not deter from our experience at all; everything was clean and functional. Highly recommend if you're in the Bangor area.

Property needs some TLC.

The room was a little worn out but the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. A great place to lay my weary head after 12+ hours of travel.

Free shuttle to and from airport as well as long term parking was excellent

It was close to our location. We were dropping our daughter off for college The bathroom in the room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The vent looked like it had not been washed or dusted ever. And the tub had soap scum all through it. And the drain was clogged.

Clean Our room a/c didnt work. The pool is nothing like the pics. Very hot not ventilation and warm warm water.

A pretty tired hotel. Needs a lot more attention. For example the doors to the rooms need to be painted in an attempt to make the place more welcoming.

Kind of dirty. Pool area and courtyard had a post apocalyptic vibe with moss growing inside and clapped out ceiling tiles. Staff on their phones. Just a bleak place. The bedding and bath were clean but the carpet looked risky. Parking was ample but it was a part of bangor that seems like your car might get broken into. Bar was great. Incredibly cheap drinks and quick service.

Staff were very helpful, no problem with parking. Room was clean and ac worked great. Hotel was convenient had the shuttle to and from the concert which was great. Had access to coffee in the morning and a nice restaurant by the hotel.
