The staff was friendly and helpful.

Zero noise insulation and alarm went off at 3am, front desk and manager are not even apologetic and said it's my problem. By far the worst hotel I've stayed.

Place & people were great.

It's a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but decent. Our room had one tissue in the box and a few rounds of toilet paper, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for some. The pull out couch had sunflower seeds in it and the bedroom carpet had something really sharp in it, on the window side of the bed. I had to put a pillow down so I didn't step on it getting out of bed in the middle of the night. Overall, it's fine, but I think it could be cheaper. Breakfast was nothing special. $15.95 is a lot of money for what they offered. It should be included as it isn't anything fancy.

The staff at the front desk was amazing

Mouse in room, air conditioning not working, ice machine near room we had to move to also not working. Hair dryer didn’t work either.

Significantly dated for a 3 star hotel. Significant water and tile damage throughout. The room was more like a 2 star hotel

Getting in after a long drive the on-site restaurant was priceless. The breakfast service was great as well.

The hotel is very dated and old. The furniture needs to be replaced. The breakfast was over priced. On the upside the front desk staff was very helpful.

It was great

Did not notice when I reserved the room that it was a handicap room. The room was large and spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was close to everything and the highway. Checkin/checkout was easy. There was some nighttime road construction going on but for the most part did not keep me awake.

It was a safe hotel. Nothing special.

Wish we could regulate the AC. Towels need to be softer and when you have 3 guest, supply 3 towels.

The staff was most helpful. The room was comfortable. I was extremely tired after driving 7 hours in one day. The hotel was very easy to find. Coming into Bangor on I-95 N the hotel was 2 short left turns off of I-95.

My flight was cancelled so this hotel was my home for 24 hours. There was a bar restaurant and full hot buffet breakfast. I was able to do my laundry and workout. The staff was helpful and helped with late departure and shuttles to and from the airport.

Room seems to be stuck in the mid 1970’s. With bathroom stuck in the 1990’s Room was clean but very outdated. Staff was friendly
