Booked room on expedia.com then seen the place and turned around fast as I could. Guess they like the free money you got

Parking lot redone. Alot of pot holes

First, the photo of the room does NOT match the room that we got. We received a room with carpet that had stains and blood drops. The room was clean but had a terrible odor. The staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast was very basic but decent. I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night.

Rooms were small but great. Breakfast was almost nothing. Outside looks run down
-
Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke.
-
The room carpet had stains on it right next to the bed and tub was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. It was very convenient to the airport and parking was plentiful and I was able to park right in front of my door which is nice.
-
The staff was excellent, but the room was dirty, the comforter was stained and looked disgusting. The floor was sticky and dirty. The bed sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean.
-
Maybe it's just what it costs at today's rates but I felt like we overpaid for what we got.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good for the concert we attended. Room was ok, floors were clean, shower was good, however the comforter appeared unclean as there were spots/stains on it, there was something like a spot of jelly on the ceiling and large cobwebs over the bed. windows were filthy.

Hotel was below average. Shady long term guests on and around the property.

I reserved a deluxe queen size room because I was traveling with a pet who sleeps with us, made the reservation 2 months in advance. I got a double bed which made us all miserable all night. On first glance the room appeared clean. The sheets and towels were clean. By morning our white socks were black on the bottom, the windows were so dirty it was hard to see out, there was cob webs above the bed and playing with the dog whose fetch toy went under the bed side table, sleeper couch and heater when you retrieved it the dust that covered it had to be cleaned off of it before giving it back to her. My husband took a shower first then warned me not to as I have thick hair and he said the water pressure would never get the shampoo out of my hair. The staff couldn't have been friendlier when we checked in and out. I did not bring up the mix up with bed sizes as my husband doesnt like to make waves, had I stayed alone I would have called to see if a queen bed was available. I wouldn't avoid this place if I needed a overnight place to stay again I would just plan accordingly. Not putting things down without something under it keeping shoes on. It was quiet and the pet area very clean and well maintained. I would ask about bed size before leaving the check in desk. Seemed like a good area. A few house keeping details and this would be a great place. I mean its not a new building and the linens were clean.

Concerns for safety not a great place to stay.
-
Nice, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly.
-
One of the outlets in the room did not work, therefore neither did the lamp. It smelled like wet paint inside & there was only one small trashcan. It would have been nice had there been one in the bathroom to use. Otherwise, our stay was standard.
-
Checking in was ponderous due to issues between Expedia and motel software mismatches. “Breakfast” a joke.
-
genuinely the motel 8 in the same parking lot is the NICER option. we cried multiple times throughout our stay. this was not what was pictured at all for the booking.
-
Run-down hotel. The sheets were clean however. The hotel was inhabited and surrounded by sketchy characters smoking marijuana. As a solo traveler I do not recommend.
-
The staff was friendly and helpful. They made a good attempt at a to-go type of free breakfast.
-
the room was clean and staff was friendly

The room was clean but smelt really bad we had to use air freshener. Wish there was a full size mirror. The bed was ok but pillows were terrible and flat. The comforter on the bed definitely needs to be updated.
