We stayed 3 nights but room didn't get cleaned

I scheduled a shuttle to the airport when I checked in, but when I went to check out the next morning, the overnight clerk had not received any information about a shuttle, so it had not been scheduled. She tried to call an Uber for me, but there were no Uber drivers available. This situation was inexcusable. Fortunately, she called a nearby hotel and their shuttle driver picked me up and took me to the airport.

Money worth.

Pillow cases had Looked like snots or puke on them when we walked in . Towel had stains on them and not even a full roll of TP.

Great staff. Went above and beyond driving us for frees to a concert and to the airport.

The facility, staff and services were much better than I expected for the price point. It was an excellent value.
-
The breakfast is great and the shuttle service was AMAZING! I was unable to book an uber to the airport at such an early hour and the wonderful staff at Queen City Inn took me right to the airport!
-
Overall no complaints.
-
Price and friendly staff ... and easy check-in Carpets felt damp in the room, shower/bath tub were badly stained and people partying outside were quite loud
-
Old and outdated everything! Carpet was sticky so we never took our shoes off. Poor reception on the television so everything was fuzzy. I would recommend you find any other place to spend your money!

The property is older but retains its utilitarian charm. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, the showers hot and the fixtures functioning. It's a solid place for spending a night or two. The staff is attentive and always happy to assist.

Nothing the hotel is a DIVE.. Homeless people living there Walls have peeling paint, bathtub/shower is peeling and filthy I refused to shower in it because it was so filthy. The rooms smell like urine just pain nasty. I called to try to find different hotel but everything was booked do to a concert that weekend if I could of found a different hotel would of left running.

No much Dirty run down two half bottles Of water in room stains on bef

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. We were in the room for maybe 10 minutes before walking right back out. The lobby was gross and dirty, and the room was even worse. There were stains all over the carpet, white stuff on the mattress, and pubic hair in the shower. After seeing the condition of the room, there was absolutely no way we were staying there. If you have little kids, STAY FAR AWAY. I would not consider this place clean, comfortable, or kid-friendly at all. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, which was the only good thing to come out of this experience. I would NEVER book here again and absolutely would not recommend it.

Helpful staff, excellent hot breakfast, clean modern room, 5-star experience!

Convient location Lots of cobwebs in the room

As soon as we step foot in our room, we wanted to leave. The smell in that room was beyond imaginable.. The property is old, and worn-down. There is paint coming off the wall, big red stains on the carpet, and the smell is the worst of it all. The walls are paper-thin, so we could hear everything happening on the balcony and in other rooms. It kind of ruined our weekend, we were in Bangor for only one night and we wanted to book another room somewhere else, but every other was full. Wouldn't recommend this place.
