Our room wasn’t clean the drain to the shower was clogged called the front desk about it twice and nothing was done

It was close to RTC base. Very very clean. Staff was great. Smelled amazing. It’s in a perfect location for food, shopping, entertainment. There was nothing I didn’t like

Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. Not many options. The “play area” was enjoyed by my almost 2 year old but was pretty bland. A broken play house and some Winnie the Pooh pictures. The room was pretty clean but my husband said the tub was too sloped to shower comfortably or safely. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

Was easy to get to. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast has something to be desired as there were no scrambled eggs and no butter for toast

No tea bags or juice for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the pool was clean

Asked for things and they gave but I did have to ask for extra table that was in picture of room online. But they wheeled it down !! Check in and out was strict. Have to pay to stay late or checkin early

I was in the area because of a very sick family member and I just need a place to sleep at night. That person passed away and I didn’t have to stay any longer, and the manager was very sympathetic to my concerns and returned the cash for the night’s I didn’t need
