Loved how the kitchen was set up! Breakfast was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room are average clean, TV are old, rest rooms need a tubs, no bathroom shampoo, body wash and conditioner. They don't offer room service everyday unless you ask for it. Rooms facing west are very noisy. Because ot the freeway next to it. Just an acerage hotel. Not an 8 stars for sure.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and the small store in the lobby was very well stocked with needed items. There are only a few parking spots around front, but if you park in the back by the pool, there are plenty of spots and you can walk right in by the elevator. The only issue we encountered was our bathtub was uphill to the drain so it would hold a little bit of water, which wasn’t that big of a deal until you took the second shower and stepped into cold water.

Good for the price

It was clean and comfortable. Pretty good breakfast and always had coffee available There were no toiletries. Luckily we brought our own. The bathtub was also a little weird. It was ki d of rounded on the bottom. Which made showering awkward.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was neat and well kept. Enjoyed a soaking bath. Breakfast was good, not really fancy but solid. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate.

Exceptional

My specific room request, made directly to the property 6 days in advance was ignored. There was no television reception for local channels all weekend. Staff simply offered excuses- nothing was done. No soap in the bathroom, refrigerator froze everything. Very disappointing stay.

I was reminded as to why I stayed away from the hotel chain. It’s extremely dated. And for that much movement things like a clean shower should not be hard to come by.

Service was great. The dryer was broken, so I couldn't do laundry before I left.
