La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bannockburn-Deerfield

Beautiful and cozy hotel. The only improvement was the sink that wasn't draining water, and the reception staff didn't request service to repair it.

Rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. I would stay there again

It was ok, not too expensive considering we were staying on a holiday weekend. Our room was fine, but for some reason our TV in the room could only connect to one HDMI port and it was all in Black and White hahaha I tried connecting the cable to the other port but no channels came through

The property is definitely older and needs some updating. Paint scratched and peeled off on the doors in the rooms, pillows and mattresses seemed pretty worn out and needed to be replaced. Furniture quite old and banged up. But otherwise clean. Breakfast typical. Staff is friendly.

Easy to get to and nice looking lobby and breakfast area. Our room was a nice size also. The front desk attendant was not very accommodating when we asked for a top floor room away from the tollway. Even though she moved us to a room farther away from the tollway, we were still facing it, even though the hotel didn't seem very full.

The whole facility was very nice and well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and helpful.

The house keeper could have done a better job. The other thing is that my son forgot his Apple Watch in the room and when we called the hotel, the gentleman said that he didn’t see anything but the apple locator showed that it is in the hotel. When we told him that, he said, “we are not responsible for any lost items “

Need to hire extra help, the employees are working hard, but they need additional help. Garbages were overflowing at breakfast, for in lobby were disgusting. Rooms were very clean. Staff was not friendly but somewhat helpful.
