We specifically enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the layout and the housekeeping was excellent. The hallways were nice clean not cluttered and smelled good. There were people enjoying the swimming pool. Parking lot was well maintained and the signage was easy to find. Our stay was excellent and I mean that in every way. Staff was kind and courteous and extremely helpful and helping us to find a place to have dinner that night. We make annual trips to bardstown and this hotel will be a consistent place for lodging.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable, easy to get to downtown Bardstown, too.

We stayed for 3 days, and unfortunately we didn't have any drawers at all. So, we had to live out of our suitcases during our stay. Other than that all was good. Very friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast included.

I went back to the desk and they apologized and said they forgot the couch and rest of the furniture had not been delivered yet. It also looked like there were bleach stains on the carpet and wall. Not sure what happened there, but I am glad we switched rooms. They put us in a 2 queen bed room that was significantly smaller than the suite with no discount. We loved Bardstown and the hotel was in a good location, but it was a weird stay at the hotel.

MInor issues with card keys due to lightning strike. Sraff was very responsive to minimizing any issues. Handled quickly and seamlessly. Excellent stay. Thanks.

The property is nice and the staff is very friendly. The walls are pretty thin; we could hear all the movement above us. Also, we did an online check out for 10AM, and at 9:30 housekeeping came in while we were using the restroom!

Staff was just so incredibly friendly. Room was good but wasn’t cleaned the night we were there. Called for fresh towels and coffee. Good place to hang your hat for a couple of days.

Property was updated, clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was much better than most. Staff was very kind and helpful.
