This was literally one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we have stayed in recently. Rooms were very clean and tidy. They allowed us to check in a bit early and were very pleasant about it.

Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was comparable with other hotels in same class. The only issue we had was their computer system was down and were unable to check us in with their system. Because we booked though a third-party site, the associate was able to find us a room that matched our reservation. Other guests were turned away.

Weren't allowed to even check in. Computer system was down. Had confirmation number, etc. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to find other accommodations. No more Hampton Inn!!!!

We stayed during an extreme heat warning, but you wouldn't have known that once inside. Check in was smooth, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, and the building was very clean. Our room was nicely appointed and spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries included. My kids enjoyed the pool for hours both days of our stay, and the pool was well kept. There is no hot tub, FYI, but that didn't bother us. My husband thought the fitness room was nicely equipped as well. Breakfast had several options and varied just slightly both mornings. We appreciated how close we were to all of the good eating spots but didn't feel like we were on a really busy road. My kids have already asked if we can go back, and we literally just got home.

Super clean room very comfortable. However, when I went to do a load of laundry, the desk didn’t have any quarters for me to buy, which I thought was odd. How many of us carry around a bunch of quarters in an almost cashless society. That would’ve been helpful.

Unfortunately the bathroom ceiling in my he shower was crumbling and had mold. The room itself was fine -
