Super clean room very comfortable. However, when I went to do a load of laundry, the desk didn’t have any quarters for me to buy, which I thought was odd. How many of us carry around a bunch of quarters in an almost cashless society. That would’ve been helpful.

Unfortunately the bathroom ceiling in my he shower was crumbling and had mold. The room itself was fine -

When we arrived to the room, it was clean and very cool, temperature wise. Though the bathroom was not so great. The toilet paper handle was falling out of the wall and toilet would not stop running. We had to pull the lid off and fix the toilet to stop the running. The next morning, the elevator was not working at all. So the stairs it was

On top of that a huge motorcycle gang stayed there during our entire visit: hanging around the entrance drinking alcohol and smoking pot all day and night, waking us at 4 am by revving their engines, etc. All-in-all a very unpleasant experience. I have stayed there often while visiting relatives in the Dewey/Bartlesville area, but I wont be back.

We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!
