The lady at the front desk was very, very accommodating and helpful and I felt very blessed
-
.Staff was super nice. Room was clean. Very quiet, and on the back side you couldn't hear the road.
-
The heater blows directly into the curtain; had to place my briefcase against it to get heat into the room. Heater was unplugged when we arrived with temperatures in the 30s. Not so good.

Great location to Bartlesville

Very old
-
The breakfast was not much at all
-
Close to many businesses There were dead bugs underneath and around the beds, at least they were dead but they should have been cleaned up
-
Property is old . The pictures are from years ago
-
It was clean but needed some TLC. Some lights did not work. We found 2 live bugs in the room and some dead ones under the furniture.
-
Older hotel, but pretty clean and real decent for the price. The staff was realy nice and very accommodating.

The room was obviously not fully renovated yet, missing lamp shade, couldn't turn off lamp had to remove bulb, torn curtains, toilet tank leaking on the floor, no blanket, no extra towels, fridge in tv cabinet, microwave on table. It was all a bad experience. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night!
-
Location It was very run down and should be demolished, and rebuilt with a newer one! ,

No breakfast. On my app that i used for my booking said free breakfast. The marquee sign at the hotel says free breakfast. I asked the lady what time breakfast started and she said that they no longer do breakfast. The door to my room was hard to open (need to use both hands).

No breakfast. Staff gave us a coffee pot and coffee for room. No instructions on how to operate tv. It went out during bad weather and couldn't figure out how to reset.
