Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bartlesville

Room was quite hot. It took a while but we got it to cool down overnight.

The professional staff has been there for years and greets me by name when I show up. If there is ever a problem they resolve it immediately. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast bar is typical hotel setup but the staff is outstanding. They have two elevators and one was down this trip. I was on the fourth floor and had to wait longer than usual for the elevator.

Basically ok visit. Room was good. AC in lobby was kinda warm. I don't know if that was by design or higher thermostat. It was 100 degrees outside. AC in room was great. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Powdered eggs are always a turn off. Overall, visit was good. Front desk employee made excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants.

I think a bit of sympathy and understanding would have helped understand that ‘maybe’ the hotels view of a queen bed is different from the rest of us. Poor attitude and poor manners didn’t help. Maybe training people to served with better customer skills. I think it would have helped have he said something like, ‘I am sorry for the confusion, ma’am. That’s our standard queen size bed, unfortunately. I hope you still enjoy your staying with us. Is there anything else I can help you with?

This is my second stay at this property, it is an excellent property. Very professional staff. Everything was clean and orderly.

The room was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at this property multiple times! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Breakfast is yummy.

Everything was good with the property rooms were good. The condo breakfast was garbage, hot garbage

Room 419 needs a new toilet set and tv stand is broken.

We were looking for a place out of the storm. Excellent service

Everything was excellently! Building was clean, pool was a blast, staff were friendly and welcoming, patio area was relaxing.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. All was better than expected.

The stay was okay, nothing special. The staff were accommodating but did not seem too interested in really engaging to go above and beyond. One thing that was a little disappointing was the maid service. Although I understand (and don't mind) that they only service the room every other day, no one mentioned this at check-in or in advance. We only stayed 2 nights so that meant we did not get any maid service. We had to go ask for extra towels. If we had known, we could have hung our towels to dry. Just taking an extra second to go other these details at check-in would have been nice.

The best bed I've ever had at a motel. Facilities were exceptionally clean and location was quiet.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nighttime check in clerk was not friendly. Breakfast was as usual as any continental breakfast. Was okay for one night.

Breakfast was poor and few items....no eggs at all.
