The guy that was there when I got there was good but the lady was not friendly

This hotel is really pretty run down. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling along with rusty fixtures in the bathroom. The main light was missing the cover and someone has clearly kicked the HVAC unit a few times. The pool and hot tub were both very aged and the water was tinted green.

Clean hotel, room, and facilities. A/C in room was perfect. Hot water and plenty of water pressure. Staff was great and willing to assist. Breakfast was good, every cup of coffee was fresh ground in machine. Great experience will stay again. Quiet location was nice. Comfortable beds. No coffee in room. Dinning room chairs need soft slides on legs to reduce the loud grind and squel on the floor, which was obviously an uncomfortable situation to move a chair while sitting or sliding it back under table.

Staff was so helpful when we left my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal behind. Room was very clean, and breakfast was great! I will stay here again.

I liked the pillows, that was about it. I had to go down to the lobby because the hot water didn’t work only to find out the cap was on backwards? My phone didn’t work which was terribly inconvenient given all the issues. The air conditioner couldn’t get the room cold enough to sleep so I sweat all night. The pool looked green and disgusting. The room also reeked, which I had to spray my own perfume just to stand it. I won’t be staying again it was horrible.

Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. I had a small issue with the AC in my room and he responded right away and fixed it. The breakfast staff was not so friendly and I noticed small ants in food line on multiple days.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Really good breakfast with a lot of choices. Will be going back in the fall💕

The floor was wet under the ac as it seemed to be leaking water. There was also an ant issue here. The staff did bring a fan to try and mitigate the floor and sprayed for the ants. The hotels were full as a major storm and tornado had passed nearby. They did the best they could while I was there but by the 4night the smell starting getting bad. I appreciated them talking to me and their professionalism handling the issues. I would stay here again because of the staff working to get things fixed and gave me confidence.

Clean comfortable rooms Breackfast could have improved a lot. Worker didn’t keep up with everything. Spill left on floor tables not cleaned. Gentleman spilled coffee let her know it remained on floor. She was on her cellphone each time someone needed something.
